I don't truly believe him but whatever. I'll find out cause what's done in the dark ALWAYS comes to the light. He drove us over to Cracker Barrel to have breakfast. When we walked in the waitress was flirting with him like I wasn't there. I could be some crazy girlfriend and she was flirting right in front of me.
After we FINALLY got seated she got us our drinks. I had a couple bottles of milk in Ky's diaper bag. The waitress finally returned to take our orders.
Waitress: Welcome to Cracker Barrel. My name is Vanessa and I'll be your server today. What can I get you guys today?
Me: Could I please have some scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes please.
Quinn: Can I have some waffles, eggs, ham and bacon.
Waitress: Sure sweets
I just shook my head and went back to feeding Ky. When she walked away I looked up and noticed Quinn looking at me.
Me: What?
Quinn: Your jealous
Me: No I just don't like people staring at what's mine.
Quinn: it's ok she was just playin.
I know this nigga didn't just say that. Now if some guys were looking at me and flirting with me, he would have them shot and buried in 2.5 seconds. Right now he is not off to a good start.
Miss Flirtatious returned with our food smirking at Quinn.
Waitress: is that all I can get you?
She said leaning on the table pushing her boobs in his face.
Me: that would be all. Thanks
She looked at me with a glare then stormed away. I looked at Quinn who was too busy in his phone.
Me: Quinn?
Quinn:....
Me: Quinn?
Quinn:....
Me: QUENTIN?
Quinn: what's up?
Me: You didn't hear me calling you?
Quinn: No
Me: Why you so into your phone?
Quinn: I'm not
Me: Yes you- never mind
I just let it go and went back to my food. After I was finished eating I looked over at Quinn who hadn't even touched his food. There is something in that phone that's keeping him occupied and it's pissing me off.
Me: Quinn in going to the bathroom to change Ky.
When I told him that he didn't even glance up at me. I just shrugged and went to change her.
Quinn POV
Last night some things happened and long story short...I have a son.
My ex had my son a year ago so I went to visit them. I really hate going over there cause she always got some nigga in there with my son. They always smokin and shit. I also hate going over there cause she always tryin to get back with me.
I don't know how Ty's going to take it but I know she going to be pissed.
When I looked up I notice Ty was gone and so was Ky. I started to panic then the waitress came over. I mean she is cute but I can tell she only want a nigga for his money.
Me: Have you seen that girl and baby I came in with?
Waitress: yea she left
Why the fuck she leave without telling me? About a minute later came a pissed off Ty.
Tyla: I'm ready to go
Me: I didn't even eat
Tyla: well get a damn carry out cause I finished almost and hour ago.
The waitress went to fetch us a carry out tray. We left but not without the waitress slipping Quinn her number. When we got in the car Quinn put his phone on the armrest in between our seats.
Halfway to the mall Quinn's phone kept going off with the name Christy on the screen but he didn't hear it so I answered.
*Phone Convo*
Me: Hello
???: Hey um can you tell Quinn to come pick up his son?
Before I could answer she hung up.
The moment she said that my heart dropped. I thought we were telling each other everything, I guess I was wrong.
Quinn POV
Me: Hey who was that on the phone?
Tyla: Some girl name Christy. She wants you to come pick up your son.
I looked over at her and I saw the tears fall.
Me: Tyla I-
Tyla: Save It ✋
