Chapter 5 : Promise

The soft, smokey, and woody odor surrounded her when her eyes opened up. His delight breathe hit her forehead. She looked up to see his angelic sleeping face. His blonde hair is still messy from last night events, his hair sticks to his forehead, his eyes were closed.
One of his strong arms warped her and the other was resting behind his head. Her ear was pressed against his chest, his calm heartbeats was like music to her ears. She felt as if she could listen to this all day long, right in this warmness, and right in this feeling.
Looking around only with her eyes, the room was filled with the soft light, in coral color from the curtains which were hit by the 12 in the morning sun.
"Good morning" He said, his voice is a bit husky and deeper from usual.
"Good morning" Akia smiled and looked up at him.
He smiled a little smile before asking "How do you feel?".
"I just woke up, so I'm feeling well" Akia said, putting her head back on his chest.
"Good" he commented and with his hand started to gently stoke her beautiful long purple hair. "How do you feel?" Akia asked, drawing a little circles onto his bare chest.
"Happy" He smiled, "And a bit tired".
Akia chuckled and smiled too.
"Shu... what are we?" Akia asked. Shu looked at her with a confused look.
"I-I mean like... like... what is our relationship now..." She murmured, feeling her cheeks getting redder with every second.
"Oh, that" He sighed, like it was a relief. "Well, from now on you won't be a lewd and a low woman, you will only be with me" He told her, looking at the celling.
"Hey! I never was a lewd and – " – "Don't be so loud..."
Akia sighed and curled next to him, so now she was laying next to him and not onto him.
"I hope Reiji won't try and do something..." Akia said, looking into his deep blue eyes.
"He won't, I promise." He said, taking a piece of her hair and putting it behind her ear.
"He told me I like you only because you look familiar to me" She told him, her eyes turn a bit more depressed while saying that. "Don't listen to my brother; he can be bothersome sometimes if not all the time"

The day after, Akia walked to school full of thoughts. 'How should I act now? Are we going out? Will he kiss me or will he just continue like nothing ever happened...' But bumping into Yui cut her thoughts. "Oi, watch where you going! Tch, apologize to her!" A red haired male yelled at Yui.
"I-I'm sorry- Akia? Is that you?" Asked Yui when she recognized the girl.
"Do you know her?" Asked the male.
"This is Akia Cho from Shu's class" Explained Yui.
"Ohhhhh... your scent is...familiar... have we met before?" Asked The male.
"Akia, this is Ayato Sakamki, one of the brothers." Yui said, shaking a bit.
"You can call me 'Yours truly'" He said and chuckled.
'This guy is creeping me out' Akia thought.
"Now I remembered! Have you been in our house yesterday? I could smell you in Shu's room but I didn't want to come... And I remember biting you when you were at his room, sleeping... oh great I remembered you, Purple one!" He said like a little child.
"S-sure" Akia said in panic, "Well, I should run off to me class now, see you guys later" Said Akia and walked away swiftly.
"I wonder if she could be...no... that's impossible" Ayato murmured to himself and chuckled.
"Could be what?" Asked Yui.
"Nothing. Now get going or we are going to be late."

Akia was walking fast and stopped at her class.
'Is he in there...? Oh man...what should I do... I'm so nervous!' She closed her eyes and breathe in.
She opened the door to find out the class was empty.
'Where are everyone...?' She thought. Then, she looked at the clock.
'Oh god it's still so early...'
She sat at her sit and looked through the window.
A group of girls got into the class and surrounded Akia. The leader sat on Shu's table and said "What are you doing here?" Her voice was full of sassiness.
"I'm waiting for the lesson to begin" Akia answered honestly.
"You know, Ron rejected me because he still feels something towards you" The girl said.
Akia chuckled. "Why are you laughing!? It's not funny at all" She said in a warning tone.
"What do you want me to do?" Asked Akia, looking at the leader with a playful look in her eyes.
"What is wrong with you? Ugh you are such a weirdo..." Said the girl, swinging her legs.
Akia didn't answer, just lean against the window and looked away.
"Look at her when she is talking to you" A girl with short and brown hair caught her chin and turn it in force. "Don't touch me!" Said Akia and slapped the girl's hand away.
"Ugh you little-"Said the girl a rose her hand up but then another hand caught her so the hit didn't come. "I believe this is my sit. Get lost" Said the vampire and the girls immediately left the place. Akia smiled to herself, believing he really meant what he said the other day.
