A Wolf's Love (A Minecraft Diaries and Laurance + Reader Fanfic)

Your POV
I have been wandering for what seems like forever. All these years and I still have the image of my village being burned to the ground by those Shadow Knights. After running away, I went across a small ocean and ran into a town named Meteli. Thinking no one would except me because of my werewolf background, I got away quickly. Since then, I have gotten my human form and I stay in it always.
Now, I'm just following a path through some woods outside Meteli. I have been camping near a crazy Chicken Shaman and it's making me go crazy as well.
Suddenly, I feel someone tackle me and I fall. I close my eyes, bracing myself for whatever they were planning to do to me.
"Who are you and what business do you have with us?" It was a male speaking. I slowly open my eyes to see an emerald great-sword pointed at me. The person had light brown hair and blue eyes... Just like... My eyes widen in fear.
"Answer me!" He yells. I calm down. He obviously doesn't recognize me. But what was a Shadow Knight doing this far from the Nether Portal?
"I'm not here to cause trouble. I promise. I'm just lost." I say, sounding calmer that I thought I was. This guy didn't seem to be really threatening. He kind of sounded scared now that I think about it.
"Ok. I believe you for now. I'm sorry." He puts away his sword and reaches out a hand to help me up. "Um, have you seem anyone around here?" He asks me.
"No one other than you. What's your name anyway?"
"My name is Laurance. What's yours?"
"Oh, it's F/N" He puts on a warm smile.
"That's a cute name. Anyway, where are you coming from? You look... Somewhat familiar." I froze. Will this Shadow Knight Laurance try to kill me if I reveal my true identity?
"Um.. I uh... I don't really want to talk about it..." I stutter.
"Ok... Well if you ever want to talk, you can tell me. Now if you will except, I would like to take you to Phoenix Drop, the village I live in."
"Oh. Y-you live in a village?"
"Of coarse I do." He says it in a smoothing voice, but looks worried. "Is there a problem?"
"I thought you were a... Never mind! Let's just go!" He waited a moment then motioned for me to follow him.
We walked for a while before coming to a big gate. It was locked but I could see a guard stationed inside.
"Hey Brian! Open the gates!" Laurance yelled. I figured the guard by the gates was named Brian. He turn toward us and clicked a button to raise the gate. We walked inside.
"Laurance. Did you find... Who's this? Is she with them?" He said, putting his hand on his sword.
"No. She is not. If you would like, you can go out looking and I'll stay here to show Ms. F/N here around." Brian nods and heads out onto the path towards the forest.
"Are you looking for someone?" I ask. It seems like the village is abandoned, as there are no guards or villagers in sight.
"Yes we are. Our Lord has not been seen since yesterday morning so we are on high alert. Most of the villagers are either helping search for her or inside their houses."
"Lord?" I had heard the term once in Meteli, but didn't think then to ask about the definition.
"You have never heard of a lord before?" I shook my head. "Every village has a lord. They are the leaders of the town and decide actions for the village to take."
"Just like the Alpha." I mutter. He stiffens and takes a few steps back.
"A-are you a werewolf?" I look down, not wanting to answer. "Y-you must be that pup that I... I'm so sorry. Those Shadow Knights forced me to do that. I ran away afterwards and ended up in this village." He looked at me with understanding.
"But you destroyed my village! How can I forgive you?"
"Would it be okay with you if we don't talk about that? We can put that in the past, I don't like talking about my Shadow Knight side." I nodded, not really wanting to talk about it either. "So... Onto the tour. Welcome to Phoenix Drop F/N."
