[WARNING] MATURE CONTENT - SOME ABUSE AND ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I never wrote this sort of thing so it's going to seem rushed and a bit vague.

P.S: Dipper is sixteen while Bill is an actual human and is eighteen. Oh, and this takes place in California and not in summer.

================================================================================

Dipper fell to the ground, a bright red handprint on his cheek. Tears were beginning to form in his eyes. He looked up to his father. His father's face held anger, rage, and disappointment.

"NO SON OF MINE WILL EVER GO OUT WITH ANOTHER MAN!!"

Earlier in the day, Mabel told Dipper to tell their parents the truth about his sexuality, which is being interested in males. His mother was actually happy for him, but his father... Not so much. He just went out of the living room and into the kitchen to make dinner. Mr. Pines then said that they ran out of cooking oil and asked his wife and Mabel to go to the store. Little did they know....

Dipper got up his feet before his father grasped his hood. He then ran upstairs and to his room, locking it tight and barricaded it with a shelf. Mr. Pines banged on the door, shouting out some colorful vocabulary. Dipper went to his bed and pulled out a kitchen knife from between the two mattresses. The five-inch blade looked new and freshly sharpened. He held the blade to his abdomen and said,

"To Hell with Life..."

Dipper pierced the blade into him, coughing up the crimson liquid. His vision began to fade as he fell to the floor. The last thing he remembered was the door breaking down and his father fighting a blur of golden-yellow.

A few hours later... [Dipper's POV]

I opened my eyes, only to close them again because the bright lights. I took a minute to adjust before looking at my surroundings. I'm... In the hospital...? I felt bandages wrapped around my abdomen. How am I alive? Why am I alive!?

Before I got too deep in thought, the door opened, revealing the nurse. She was pale, had a surgeon mask, a normal white nurse uniform, long wavy dark brown hair, and hazel eyes. She was holding a clipboard.

"Oh good, you're awake." She said in a calming voice. She clicked a pen and got her clipboard ready. "My name is Annabelle, but please, call me Nurse Ann. What's your name?"

"Dipper Pines." My voice was raspy and my throat was sore. The nurse noticed.

"Okay, Mr. Pines. I'll be back with water and some food for you. While I'm gone, you will have some company."

Company...? Wait... Mom and Mabel! Do they know...!?

As Nurse Ann went out, a boy came in. Tan skin, blond and black hair in a rat-tail, piercing electric blue eyes, a simple gold shirt, black jeans, and black and yellow boots. He even has golden triangular earrings.

"You okay, Pine Tree?"

Wait, Pine Tree!?

"Bill Cipher...?" I've known him since I was twelve during my summer in Gravity Falls, and wouldn't you know, he goes to my school and has every single class with me. Plus, he was my crush....

"What're you doing here?" I asked him. He sat down on the office chair next to my bed.

"Do remember what happened?" His visible eye showed concern.

I explained from being smacked to the knife. He seemed relieved, but disappointed.

"Kid, why'd you do it? You know there are people who cares for you," he reasoned.

I thought about my mother, Mabel, our great uncles, everyone in Gravity Falls. I didn't even realized tears were running down my cheeks until I felt Bill wiping them away.

"Why did your father do that anyways?" Bill asked. I stayed silent, making him concerned. "Alright... You don't have to say it if-"

"I'm gay."

Silence....

"Oh... That's why..." Bill gave an embarrassed smile. "Who's the lucky dude?"

I blushed deeply and turned my head away. I whispered, "You."

He didn't say anything. I heard the office chair squeak as he stood up. Before I could jump into a conclusion, I felt him sit down next to me on my bed. He placed a hand on my cheek, making me look at him.

He was... Happy...?

Bill smiled,"I have been waiting since you were twelve for that."

"Wha-!" He leaned in and placed his lips on mine. Tears began to form and roll down my cheeks. My eyes slowly closed and I kissed back. Bill pulled away and whispered in my ear.

"I love you, Dipper Pines."

I rested my chin on his shoulder as I hugged him. He hugged back.

"I love you too, Bill Cipher."

Maybe I'll stay alive for now. For Mabel. For mother. For the people of Gravity Falls. For Bill.
