Coffee Cup
It's been a long time
Those times when you're still mine
But don't you worry, I'm fine
And yes, I could tell a lie.
I've heard you're with someone new
And my friends tell me, your feelings for her are true
I shouldn't be doomed
I'm just wondering-no further ado.
You seemed to be liking her so much
I shouldn't care, yet I cared, and I hated that
Tay say nothing lasts forever, and such
I should stop this feeling, I should not keep in touch.
My friends always cheer me up
Feelings I'm supressing, these have to stop
Not a bad idea, to lift myself up
I should accept it, you're not my coffee cup.
