The Pack Adopted me?

Part twenty four

"Hey, I heard you guys are in Tampa? I miss you two. I hope you come back soon. I'll call later, call me when you can, Bye." I say into my phone, leaving a message for Jerome. I did the somewhat same voicemail for Mitch. They've been gone for a day now, only called Josh once. I think I should talk to him, but I really don't want to.
I go downstairs, it's almost 5. I've just been in my room. lately I've been cutting people off, I don't even know why, but I don't care.
"Hey, lani," Preston greets me from the couch, watching some anime. "Yo." I say back, plopping onto the couch. "The sidemen are leaving soon." He tells me, not taking his eyes off the tv. "When?" I ask. "I don't ever want them to leave." I add. "I know, but on Tuesday they have to head back to their houses." He tells me. "Oh, okay." I tell him kinda sad they're leaving. It seems like it's only been a few days, let alone more than a week of them being here. I'm definitely going to miss them, and Josh, of course. Damn.
Later on, the other boys had made their way downstairs. Now, all the guys are here. Except Mitch and Jerome..

"Can we watch a movie?" JJ asks.
"Yeah! It is one of our last days all together for a few weeks." I agree, basically asking Preston, too. "Fiiiiine." Preston groans, going onto Netflix, having to close the anime he's been watching for the past two hours. But I shouldn't say anything, I've been watching with him. "Let's watch "This is the End"!" I exclaim, I've seen it before, and it's definitely a favorite. Everyone agrees, what a surprise.

The night consists of laughter, and re-saying something funny from the movie. What a perfect night, honestly. We got pizza and Mountain Dew, and I don't want to sleep. I think everyone's asleep.
I walk upstairs. I want to talk to Vik.
"Vikky?" I ask into his dark room "yeah?" He asks. He sounds awake, so I guess right now is a good time to talk. "I think I'm gonna fly up to Florida." I tell him. "Ive been thinking about it since they left, I miss them." I tell him, before he could ask. "Okay... I'll go with you." He states to me. He gets up, "I don't kno-" I try to say, but before I can finish, he kisses me. Just a quick kiss, and he acts like its nothing. "I love you. I'm going." He tells me, starting to pack. "I-I-uh okay!" I tell him laughing at what he just did. "That was random as fuq," I tell him. "I know, it's the only way to make you quiet." He tells me, shrugging. "I guess I'll get some sleep. We're leaving tomorrow." I tell him. "Okay." He tells me, focused on packing. "I love you, too." I tell him, closing the door behind me. I knew that'd make him not as focused.
