Prolouge

Apollo POV

I was walking down Sunset Drive in Paramount, California heading to see my girlfriend, Scarlett.

Shocking, right?

I had been dating her for eight months, almost a year, and I was completley smitten with her.

She's also human, meaning she's a secret to Olympus. My father would throw a fit if he knew.

Pray to me for me, Lol, Ya know cuz I'm a God..and...you pray..haha...Shut up.

I reached my girlfriends house and saw a sweet looking Harvey in front of it.

That's odd. I thought, I told her I was coming.

They're probably visiting someone else. I shook my head and knocked on her door and waited.

No answer, I rang the door bell in a happy little tune.

No answer, I rang the doorbell again playing a small part of jingle bells.

I tried turning the knob, it opened.

I heard groaning coming from the living room

"Scarlett...?" I called out.

The groaning stopped.

"Scar?"

"Yeah, hold on, I'm ...I'm coming...just...just ummm....gimme a sec." She said frantically.

"Scarlett?!?! Are you hurt?" I said.

I started walking to the back of the house towards the living room.

"Scarlett ...wha..." I could feel my throat closing up.

My girlfriend for eight months standing in the middle of the living room with some guy I didn't recognize. Their shirts off, and it looked like they were looking for the rest of their clothes.

Waves and waves of sadness washed over me and then one huge wave filled with anger hit me.

"How could you do this to me?!?!" I yelled at her.

"I can explain! This wasn't supposed to happen!!!" She said tears rushing down her face.

"Explain??? How can you explain this!?!?" I said a little calmer than before but I was still yelling.

"It just happened...I...I didn't cheat on you!!!!"

I snorted, Did she think I was blind or just dumb?.

"If it wasn't obvious before, We're done." And I walked out.

I flashed to the sun chariot and flew to Olympus.

I lay in my bed thinking about Scarlett. I was in love with her and she broke my heart.

"Hello...Hellllloooooo!!! Apollooooo!!!! Are you here?!?!?!" I heard Aphrodite say from down stairs.

I groaned, Now I have to explain why I'm moping.

"Yeah I'm up here!" I shouted.

"What is going on? Ewwww What happened to you?!?!" Aphrodite said flashing in.

"Oh My Gosh, It's about a girl, gasp, awwww you loved her!!!But she cheated on you!!!" She said before I could even look up.

"Did you actually say the word gasp?!?" I said sitting up.
