I guess I should say that I hate being on ships now. We arrived with the half sunken ship at the ancient city of Distor. Dogen said his farewell's as his ship left the port. He said that there would always be a spot open on the ship if we ever want to work with him. We wave to him and get on our merry way. Distor is a very large city. It may be ancient, but it is prospering. I am surprised to find that its filled with elves and dwarves. Not a single human to be found. I kind of feel out of place.

Myriani grabs my hand and points out in front of her. I look where she's pointing and in the distance, a huge towering castle of ice stands. The end of our journey is nearing ever so close. I catch the eyes of a passing elf and he stops in his place.

"The final battle is near I see." He turns to me, "Allow me to introduce myself. I am Ris of the high order. I formally welcome you to Distor. We have helped the Chosen ones through their journey. Ahh and Queen Myriani is with you. Hello your majesty. If we knew you were coming, we would've held a celebration in your honor. Come Rias we have much to discuss at the battle meeting."

"How do you know who I am?" I ask.

"Everyone here knows who the Chosen one is." Ris explains, "This entire city is filled with warriors and strategists. Everyone here is willing to die for the sake of the world. I have never seen the world thrown into chaos this bad since the first one. It's not your fault, you are right on time actually, so perk up. I will accompany you to our dual rulers."

"Dual rulers?" Myriani cocks her head to the side letting her white hair slide to one side, "I've never heard of that."

"Ahh you have so much to learn my Queen." Ris smiles, "Since their are two races here, we decided to have two rulers. One Elf and one Dwarf. Their hasn't been a problem up until now. The Elven ruler, Svewn wants to take control. I fear his mind is clouded with chaos. The Dwarven leader Rgur won't budge from his position. If this turmoil keeps up, we'll have another war on our hands."

As he breathed his last words, explosions from afar rock the air as a plume of smoke rises from the center of the city.
