Rogues are basically the wolves that have been outcast or left thier packs. If a wolf commits a crime, the Alpha will banish them from the pack. If the wolf believes they could do better on their own then they will leave and cut all their ties to their old pack. Sometimes, when a wolf does something sooo bad the Alpha can exile them. This means that no other pack can take them in after going rogue. Not many Alphas like rouges. In some storys, Alphas are kill rouges on the spot. They could be taken in by another, but that can be rare. Unless the rouge is someone is the packs mate. It really depends on the author. Then they will automatically be taken in. So, yeah... That's it.
