3) Stand Off

Braevino POV....

As I sat in school waiting for the moment to smell him I knew it probably wasn't going to happen. I haven't seen him or heard from him in 5 days since my grandpa banned me from seeing him. He hasn't even been to school so I'm worried.

My grandpa said he can't come to my house but he didn't say anything about school. It doesn't help that I don't know alot about him but his name is Mitchell and he's cute. That's all I know.

I was in my fifth hour class when I had a brilliant idea. I could find out more about Mitchell without him even telling me. Well the basics like where he stay at and some other stuff. I raised my hand and the teacher told me to just go. She knows when I raise my hands I wanna leave out the class.

I got up and started walking through the main office. I was at the window when I seen Mitchell sitting there. He looked bothered and upset. Well my plan was done for now. I walked inside and I wondered why I couldn't smell him. I usually smell him but this time I couldn't.

"Mitchell where have you been? I haven't seen you since that night" I said sitting next to him. He didn't look my way instead he looked forward. "I've been banned to see you Braevino" he said with a slight growl in his voice. He taking what my grandpa said overboard.

"No you haven't my grandpa just said I can't be around you outside of school and I don't care what he says about it if I wanna see you I can hang out with you Mitchell" I said putting my hand on his. His skin was hot and I felt his heat shoot through my arm.

He grunted when I touched him and got up. "We can't Brae it's not your grandpa that banned me leave it at that" he said walking towards the door. I raised up and followed him out the door. Who else could have banned him from hanging out with me? Nobody else knows we're cool but my grandpa.

"Mitchell stop it why are you acting like this?" I said rushing after him. I grabbed his arm and he spun himself around and pushed me off him. "I just can't Brae it's for your own good leave me alone" he said then he ran away from me. I stood in the middle of the hallway and decided to go back in the office.

"Hey Ms.Meade is Mrs.Brimming in? it's important" I asked leaning on her cubical. She told me she was in a small meeting that would be awhile. She let me go to sit in her office until the meeting was let out. Just what I needed her to let me do.

I went to her office fast and in a hurry. I closed the door and went to sit at her desk. I opened her file cabinet and went through the grade levels files. I went to the senior section and looked for Mitchell's name. I grabbed this file and opened it up.

I went through it and my stomach started hurting again like it did when I first met him. I grabbed my stomach and took a deep breath. This hurts like hell if this is what cramps feel like then females have my sympathy. It went away and I went back to snooping.

I went through his records and found out he got kicked out of his last school for excessive violence and some other things. I didn't care about that but I did need his address. I snatched a sticky note and wrote it down quickly because I started to hear Mrs.Brimming coming.

I finished writing and I slid the file back into her cabinet. I closed the drawer and sat back in the seat. She came in and looked at me. "Hello Braevino what's wrong this time?" she said coming into her office. I smiled at her brightly and got out of her seat.

"Aww why does something have to be wrong in order for me to come see my favorite guidance counselor" I said trying to act like she hurt my feelings. She hugged me and asked me what was wrong. "Nothing is wrong I was bored in class so I decided to come see you now that I saw you I can leave" I said leaving out her office.
