Two females sat next to each other on the couch, cuddling. "Mommy, I can't sleep," a little girl complained, walking out of a room. "Come sit in between us then child," a light brunette said, making a little room for the small child to sit next to them. The little girl slowly walked over to the couch and sat between them, laying her head against the light brunette. "Good girl," the brunette whispered, petting the child's head. The other female chuckled and leaned down to kiss the little girl. "I'm going to go to the rest room," the female stated and got up carefully. "See you soon honey," the brunette cooed.
"Mommy, can you tell me a story," the little girl piped, looking up at the female with big, blue eyes. "Of course sweetheart. There was once two girls, who were a year apart in age, who entered a art contest. They were oblivious-" the female was cut off by the child. "What does oblivious mean Mommy?" "It means they don't know, child." "Oh, okay."
"Your adorable..but on with the story. The were oblivious that each other existed until the youngest one decided to look at everyone's art piece and took an interest in the other's drawing. 'It's beautiful! And very cute' the youngest told the girl, smiling widely. 'Thank you! You seem nice!' The oldest said, glad that her art piece as liked. They soon became the best of friends, often talking to each other and making jokes. They both drew and drew multiple things with each other. The youngest girl got a crush on the other girl which lasted for a month but thought that it was useless and her feelings hid away. They still carried on talking, talking about personal things, funny things, and multiple other things. They soon finished highschool and separated to go to college. They sent each other letters and drawings while in college and reunited when they finished the last of their schooling years. They became room mates and did everything together again, like they did before. The youngest started developing feelings for the other again and secretly drew cute little sketches out of boredom. Valentine's came up which the oldest enjoyed while the youngest thought of it as another regular day. 'We are going out for dinner together!' The oldest said, which made the youngest annoyed. 'Fine fine' the youngest said. They went out and ate. The oldest then grabbed the others hand and asked her out-" the woman was agin cut off. "Went out?" "Means they started to date sweetie, they started to stay closer together and trust each other more." "That's cute!" "Just like you sweetie. She asked her out and they stayed together for a long time. Soon two years passed and it was once again valentines. The oldest had bought a pretty blue ring and had it in her pocket. The two went to the same place they ate when they started dating and ate a yummy meal. The oldest then asked the female to marry her and she replied yes. They got married and had a sweet little child. They then lived happily ever after."
Those last few sentences made the little girl fall asleep in the brunettes arms. "Goodnight sweetie," the female whispered. "Nice story," the other female commented. "It was a real story as well, with a few twist," the brunette said while chuckling. "So you really had a crush on me after a few months we met?" "Yeah, and don't judge me honey, I was still going through puberty." "Speaking about puberty, we have to deal with little Sophina there when she gets older." "Well, we'll just have to wait till she starts it." "You are lucky you are smart and cute." "Mhm, I am." "Whatever, now let's get Sophina to sleep." "Okay honey."
