It was a beautiful autumn night. It was around nine I remember and decided to take a shower since I was sweaty from the day. I always leave my room window open until I have to go to sleep.
I now, or soon in the story, realized that I should of kept it close that day. Locked. Closed blinds. My mom always told me to keep the windows locked at night. But it was Friday, there was a chance of rain, and the air was wonderful so I couldn't help myself. I went to take a shower. I also didn't expect anything to happen to my window since I was on the second floor.
I took a fairly long shower that had me on my phone most of the time reading or looking on Pinterest. Then I got out, dried off, and walked into my room to get dressed. It was night so someone wouldn't really be able to see my figure well. But I noticed something odd when I walked in. No. Not odd. Scary, terrifying, horrible.
The window screen was not there and I felt a mans presence behind me. I didn't dare turn around instead I ran quickly to my desk to pull an umbrella out of defense. I then turned around and saw a man soaked in blood. He had a murderous smirk and a pistol. I saw his belt and it had a two holsters. One obviously for the gun and the other one carried a knife.
I held the umbrella in front of me in fear. Adrenaline coursed through me and I swung my petty weapon at him. He simply dodged and knocked it out of my hands, all in one move. And in another move he had me head locked with his gun to my head.
I looked at him with teared up eyes that begged for my release. He just smirked wider, more malicious than his previous smirk. He placed the gun in his empty holster and grabbed his knife instead. I tried to struggle but he was too strong. He brought the knife not to my neck, but to my towel which hasn't fallen yet. He hooked it under where I knotted it and undid the knot with his knife. I quickly shot my arms up and tried to hide my chest, and crossed my legs. I soon let one arm come up more and try to pry his arm away. Useless. He spat that out, next to my ear.
He brought the knife down on my upper wrist of my arm covering my breadth, leaving a deep gash. I yelped in pain and more tears welled in my eyes. He brought the knife down agonizingly slow to my abdomen and waist then proceeded to carve something into both sides. Almost like words it felt like. But painful letters that would scar heavily. He never hit anything major but I did pass out from blood loss.
I woke up later, in a dark room. I was bound to a pole, kneeling. I had a thin, rough dress covering my body. I shifted slightly and had pain shoot up my body. I also felt bandages around my lower torso but the pain was greater. I whimpered and tears fell more. Then a light came from above. I looked towards it and saw a stair case with a figure coming down it.
I quickly knew it was the man who started this. He soon reached me since the state case wasn't high and the room was small. He kneeled down and roughly grabbed my chin. He started into my eyes with his blue. From what I could see. They were dark, sadistic, blood thirsty. I tried to look away but he shook my body violently. "You are mine." Then he left.
I cried for an hour I seemed then fell asleep. I then woke to light again and saw a smaller figure with a gay come towards me. He looked calm, deathly calm and had a grin that screened bad news to me. He then proceeded to feed me then leave me in the darkness once more. And that is where I am now. Just sitting in the darkness, in my rags of clothing and the worry that something may happen soon.
Just waiting.
