From my distance to yours,
It seemed a little off,
I have to admit that I still have feelings for you,
But I need to cover it up so I won't look like a complete fool.
I missed your warm touch,
The way you own my heart in one clutch,
You saved my from my own complete darkness,
You are the reason of my surviving happiness.
I have to admit that I'm still hoping,
Hoping for one chance,
Love left me open and raw,
Now I'm needing someone to draw that shortest straw.
I'm slowly sliding off the cliff of misery,
Slowly losing hope and forgetting that lasting feel,
That happy life had left me from a far,
I'm slowly crumbling to pieces along with my already broken heart.
