I ran to get my bag from the hall - I had packed it last night. As soon as I had got it, I raced out the front door, my cats looking confused. By the time I got to school, my face eyes had nearly dried. I walked into reception and they told me all the information.
"Please ask all of your different teachers this week to send reception an email saying that yes, you went to class." She asked me.
"Of course," I replied.
I went to my first class - English - which was just a short walk away.
When I got in, I stopped and stared in shock. For, the first two people that I set eyes on were
1) The most handsome boy ever seen!

2) Grace McNeil. That girl. The one that did the unspeakable.

Guess who I had to sit next to? The handsome one! It was the only spare seat, so I went to the teacher and told her what the receptionist had said. I then went to sit next to that boy! I walked over to the desk.

When I sat down, I tried my best not to stare, but then he started talking to me.

"Hey. I don't recognise you. What's your name?' he asked

"Annalilly." I replied.

"Well then, Annalilly, let me start this conversation again. Hey!"

"Sup" I said as my long ginger hair fell over my face.

"Let me get that for you," he said, tucking my hair behind my ear. "I like your hair; especially the fact that it's ginger..." he said. "And I also happen to really like your eyes! You know, I really like blue eyes, and I should probably stop talking now because a) you most likely think that I'm am really strange cough cough and b) my mates are going to kill out of jealousy for meeting you first sooooooooo........." I turned around and yes, in fact, there were some slightly cute boys glaring at me. Oh well. I hadn't really expected anything
"Annalilly! ANNALILLY! Would you please stop daydreaming and talking to Michael and pay attention!"
"Oh! I am ever so sorry miss, I honestly didn't mean to!" I replied, flustered. Gods, I sounded so creepy!
"Well then, let me repeat the question: what was Shakespeare's birthday, and what was his first play?"
Well at least I actually knew that one.
"Shakespeare's birthday was the 16th of April 1564. His first play was Henry the 6th," I replied, almost robotically, I had learned this in like, pre-school.
It was only when I realised that everybody had turned around and was staring at me that I went bright red. Then the whispers came.
