The next morning, Peter awoke to doctors surrounding Katie. A nurse told him they were just making sure she was okay, and find out what was wrong with her. Peter went and stood in the hall, wanting the nurse to follow him but she didn't. So he walked back to Katie's side, silently waiting for the doctors to tell him what was going on with her. He couldn't take the stress do he ran away. He just kept running till he got to his father's grave, it was the first time he had been there since he died.
Mean while back at the hospital, Bean was crying next to Katie, like she did everyday. Ryder noticed Peter was gone, and without thinking twice about it he took off to look for him. Bean stood up, looked around for Ryder and Peter, she got worried when she didn't find them. Just then her phone vibrates, a text from Ryder. "Hey babe. I'm sorry I left without telling u. But I noticed that Peter was gone, and I wanted to make sure he was okay. I love u Bean."
Bean sat down in the chair, thinking about where Peter could have gone and how Ryder was going to find him. She thought that maybe she should help look for him, but she didn't want to leave Katie alone. She sat alone with Katie, listening to continuous beeping of the machines.
She couldn't take it anymore, the sight of Katie like this sickened her, she stood up to kiss Katie's forehead like she did everyday before she left Katie's side. Before she kissed her she noticed the ring, she knew at that moment she knew she had to find Peter. She called Ryder and began to run down the hall. She made it out side just as Ryder answered the phone:
"Hey Bean "
"Hi Ry"
"You okay? U sound tired."
"Yeah I'm fine. But we gotta find Peter!"
"I know babe, met me at the cemetery"
"Why?"
"Just trust me"
"Okay, see u there. I love u"
Bean hung up and heads towards the cemetery. She got there the same time Ryder. They began to walk around, looking for Peter. What they found was worse..
