WHTL. Chapter 4- Cody's Story (part three)

And to some of you that might seem normal; having someone you care about care about you back …a little too much.

For me, it was completely new territory.

Remember, I was not usually admired this much.

And so, being a good girlfriend, I told Cory how I was feeling and asked him if he could back off a little.

And what did I get for an answer?

CRYING.

I was SHOCKED. All I did was ask the kid to give me a little space!

I needed a break.

From the lie, from myself, from Cory.

From life.

I shut my phone off for a week and besides from school, I shut down.

You might be thinking to yourself right now ‘what a freak, nothing even happened. She and her fake boy toy had an argument. Big woop!’

To all of you that thought that or agreed with it

***K YOU.

You have NO IDEA how stressful each of those pin points are.

And I’m going to refrain from getting more into it right now because as this progresses and I write more, you will see the effect off of it had on me.

So anyways, when I turned my cell back on, I had over 100 missed calls from just Cory alone.

For this one, I don’t take away any points from him, because I have done the same thing before.

You will learn about that in a little while.

But after calling him up and apologizing for doing that, we broke up.

END OF CORYS STORY.

Relationship lasted: three weeks.

Did I tell him my secret: No. Not even to this day.

Probably the least interesting one in the whole book just because he was the first and things were a little blurry.

I promise they progressively get more interesting.
