The last thing that I thought would happen while riding horses happened. I mean, how was I supposed to know that there was a cliff there?!?
"Can you tell me what happened?" My mom says as I lay in the castle's hospital bed. I tell her.
FLASH BACK
After getting our horses out of the barn, we all ride toward the forest.
Most people in Texas think that snow is pretty and wonderful. Let me tell you. It's not. It is cold, dirty, and cold. Yes, I know I said cold twice but it is sooo cold!
Anyway, we all talked and rode on the trail. " Do y'all want to go off the trail and explore?" I ask.
" Do you two," Annie corrects. I roll my eyes.
" Do you two want to go off the trail and explore or what?" I say.
" Sure! Let's go," Jenna says.
" No, princess, I am here to protect you. We cannot leave the trail!" Annie says.
" Oh, come on Annie! Follow me! It will be fun," I say as I turn Peppermint around. Jenna follows.
" But, princess!" Annie yells as we ride off. Finally she sighs and trots up to us. " What am I going to do with you," she says while shaking her head.
Thats when things went down hill from there... Literally.
"Ahhhhhhh!!! I screen as Peppermint slips on a rock and falls off a cliff. With me on him.
" Lilly!!!!!!" Annie and Jenna scram at the same time.
I hit the ground and everything went black.
