Chapter 15

"Hey Roman, it's finally nice to meet you!" The DJ said as soon as we went inside the studio, we're here because Roman's having an interview and also doing some promo for the upcoming pay-per-view.

"Nice to meet you too man! Don't get hard on me with the questions alright?" Roman said jokingly which made the DJ laugh, I just sat there at the couch beside the recording table. It's not new to me anyway, they would greet me and ask if I'm his girlfriend then I would say no then they would just forget about me.

I wonder if I answered yes, would they treat me differently?

I shook my head trying to get out of my thoughts, Roman also helped when he called my name.

"Alex, go buy me some coffee you can also grab some for you too." I hesitated at first to take the money especially when he said that I could buy coffee too which is odd because, you know, he never really cared about me. Whatever, I just went outside of the building to go to the nearest coffee shop.

While waiting for the coffee, I sat down on the table next to the window then started to roam my eyes around the city. WWE posters were everywhere because this is going to be the place that's going to host Smackdown and the upcoming pay-per-view. The poster of Roman caught my attention and I can see people stopping by to take a picture with it, that's when I realize that Roman is becoming really big and I started to think what if I didn't become Roman's slave? He probably wouldn't know that I even exist and I would just be a girl who's waiting tables and doesn't want help from her rich parents.

My eyes went to the poster next to Roman's then chuckled quite bitterly, they're so meant to be. It was a poster of Summer Rae looking beautiful as usual, I can't believe that girl made me feel so insecure about myself. I really tried to forget what happened at the mall but I just can't get it out of my head. I also tried to be more distant to Roman to forget this feeling that I don't know what it is that I feel towards him, I don't know everything's so complicated right now. Everytime I would try to stay away from him something would happen that would require him to be closer to me.

"Here's your coffee ma'am, enjoy!" I smiled at the waitress and said thank you. I let out a deep sigh before going out of the coffee shop with two coffees on my hands.

I walked in the studio and realized that the interview was already starting, I quietly placed the coffee on the table that's in front of Roman trying not to disturb the conversation that they're having. My heart skipped a beat when he whispered a thank you to me then went back to his interview, I went back on the couch biting my inside cheeks trying to fight the smile that's coming out.

Relax Alex, don't feel so special. He's just doing that because there are people around.

"Any message for the lucky girl?" I heard the DJ asked with a cheeky smile which made Roman snicker, not gonna lie I felt something on my chest when I heard that. I instantly thought about Summer, she's really lucky. Wait, what the fuck am I thinking? I am going crazy right now!

"I love you and I miss you baby girl." Roman said through the microphone, quite sincerely I might add as if the person he's talking to was standing in front of him.

"0-100 real quick!" The DJ joked which made the people around them laugh, except for me I just don't feel like laughing or smiling at all.

Finally the interview was over and we're already here at the parking lot, I was about to open the door to the driver's seat when Roman stopped me.

"It's fine, I'm gonna drive." I was shocked for a moment there but hey I'm tired and this is an oppurtunity for me to take a rest so I instantly gave him the key then went to the passenger's seat.
