A Monster Within

Chapter 2

Tifa's Prov:

I wake up to the sun stinging my eyes to wake up. I tried to turn to face the clock but something seems to be stopping me. I look down and see two arms wrapped tight around me waist. I blushed. I look up and see Cloud's cute sleeping face. Oh yeah, now I remember. Me and cloud confessed our feelings and now we ended up here.

I tried to shift not wanting to wake up Cloud but I was caught red handed. Cloud opened his eyes with a short yawn. He looked at me and gave me a smile.

'Good morning' I said
'Good morning' he said with a blush.

We both got up to get breakfast ready and to drop the kids to school. I went to put my shoes on and Cloud crept up behind me giving me a kiss on the cheek. I blushed and tried to hide it. He chuckled at me doing so.

I woke up Marlene and Denzel who was already dressed. We made our way downstairs and I served breakfast to the kids and Cloud.

'Wow Tifa, it's delicious!' Said Marlene as she licked her lips and digged in her breakfast like there was no tomorrow.

'It is ain't it' said Cloud as he turned in my direction giving me a wink. I blushed and made my way back to the kitchen to clean the dishes.

'Come on kids, the bus is here!' I said as the kids raced each other to get at the back of the bus. They waved from the window and I waved back. The bus drove off leaving me and Cloud on our own.

I came back in and closed the door. I turned around and Cloud pounced on me giving me a hug. 'I'd thought they'd never leave' he said.

'Hey, be nice' I said giving a peck on his cheek. He grabbed my wrist and whispered 'I want it here'. I was shocked. This is a whole new different Cloud. But I liked it. His face was inches away from mine and the gap between us disappeared as he pressed his lips against mine. It was rough at first but then it turned into a passionate kiss. He broke the kiss and we both giggled. 'Wanna go out for a ride?' He said leading me to the garage where his motorcycle was parked. 'Sure'.

We entered the garage and he jumped on his motorcycle and I jumped on behind him. I squeezed tight as he commanded and drove off. We were out of the boundaries of Midgar and were in the rocky desserts. An explosion went off from the right which shocked both of us. Cloud and I made our way to the explosion and we found men in black clothing and a man, which seemed to be the leader, with white long hair. 'No it couldn't be.....' I said to myself.

The men heard the motorcycle engine from afar and as we got closer the man with white hair was........Sephiroth!

We stopped at a point where bullets were aimed and fired at us. Sephiroth ordered his men to 'hault'. We dodged the bullets and stopped dead in our tracks.

'Well well well, if it isn't Cloud. Surprise to see me!'

'Your suppose to be dead!' Said Cloud as he was taking small steps of charge at him. I stopped him to control his anger.

'What do you want?!'I said giving him a death glare.

'......you.....'
