Today was the day jack had finally back from tour. But since. His flight had been delayed so he was gonna arrive late. He didn't want you to stay up. He said he would get a ride that he didn't want you to stay awake and wait for him
But you being you. You had to go. So your texted jack asking what time his flight would land. He said at about 1:00am.
So you stayed up all night. Distracting yourself from sleeping. Watching Netflix , eating , etc. till the clock striked 12:30. You decided to get an early start. By the time you got to the airport. It was packed with people. Just casually leaving or running to catch there flights.
You waited there impatiently. Till you hear screaming. Knowing very well who it was. You hide behind some fans. Covering yourself. To surprise him. You pretended to be one of the fans. It was your turn. You smirked. And took out your phone.
" can I have a picture ? " you say. Looking directly at him. It takes him a while to recognize him. But when he did. He pulled you into his arms. You would smell his cologne. You buried yourself in his chest.
" I though I told you to stay home " he says. Reaching out to grab your hand. Walking to your car.
" you know I couldn't wait " you smile.
You both drive away home. Talking and catching up. When you both got home you stayed up watching movies. Talking about how his tour went. Later on you both feel asleep cuddled up in each other's arms.
