*NIKKI'S POV*
Yes seeing Peter made me think I might still have feelings for him but I won't leave Luke for Peter. I open the car door and sit down in the passenger seat.
I unlock my phone and open up Twitter. I see all the pictures of Luke and I that the janoskianators took of us. I tweet "thank you guys for the picture of Luke and I." I tweet something else "Luke is upset with me right now and I really hope he forgives me and listens because I really love him." As soon as I hit send, I get a lot of notifications saying "AW WHY" and such.
I step out of the car and stand in front of the driver seat waiting for Luke. He walks out of the restaurant looking upset.
"Luke"
*LUKE'S POV*
"Luke" Nikki says leaning against the car door.
"Nikki" I'm still pretty upset.
I stand in front of her looking down.
"Luke I want you to listen to me, please?" She lifts my face so I'm looking at her.
"Sure" I look at her and wait for her to start talking.
"I'll be honest, seeing Peter got me thinking that I might have feelings for him but it doesn't mean anything" this felt like I got stabbed in the chest, my chest genuinely started hurting "Luke, I love you. You have always been there for me and I love you. I wouldn't leave you for Peter, okay Luke? You mean a lot to me and I'm not ready to loose that. So please understand and listen to me. Can you forgive me?" A tear falls down her cheek and I wipe it with my finger.
I look at her upset and she kisses me. I gently push her against the car and kiss her back.
"I can forgive you Nikki and sorry but I already canceled the dinner reservation" I look at her.
"Maybe we can go to the park, but hold on I want to get some food from a place of my choosing" She looks at me and waits for a response.
"Well okay" I answer and smile a little and gently kiss her cheek.
"Hop in the car and drive to Beatrix" Beatrix (I looked it up) is a cafe place in the north part of Melbourne.
I helped Nikki into the car and drove to get some food for our picnic in the park.
