Recovery? Kinda...

I walked downstairs, sitting down on the couch, a plate of pizza-bites in my hand.

Gracie had applied for a job at the pie place, Lazy Susan's. She got it, of course.
Today was my day off, so was the last couple weeks.

I wasn't feeling so great, and decided to use up all my sick days,

All four years worth.
"Ughhh. I have to go to work tomorrow." I groan, shoving a hot pocket in my mouth

I really didn't want to, but I missed so many days, due to.....

To be honest I forgot

I sit up and look at the steps, staring deeply into their wooden soul.

My feet take me to me room, and i reached my hands for my star.

I shoved it in my pocket, rushing downstairs, greeting the empty living room.

"Wait, didn't those stairs have a lever?" I ask aloud, standing up.

I turn and go to the hall that held the staircase, and I move the little curtain covering a power box, a lever hidden inside.

"To pull or not to pull." I mumble.

I stare at it, debating whether I should mess with it or not.

"I should wait till Dipper and Mabel see it. It'd be more fun, not to mention safer if they were here." I sigh, shutting the small door and turning around.

"But I'm bored."

I grab my bag and decide to head down to the Mystery Shack.

I walk through the green forest, my eyes looking around the trees and their branches.

Sooner than expected, the Mystery Shack came into view.

"I must've blacked out." I shrug, walking onto the porch of the old building.

I open the door, Stan turning to greet me like a tourist attractor would.

But instead of some scam, or some dumb fact about his lame tour, he gave me a slight gasp.

"Y/N, you're back! Where were you?" He asks, poking my head.

As grumpy as he sounded, I heard a hint of concern in his voice.

"Sick." I smile, scratching my neck.

"Of course you don't have to pay me for the next two weeks, I understand. My sister has a job now anyway." I chuckle.

"Music to my ears. You can start working tomorrow, the twins have been waiting for you to come visit all week. They're upstairs, go on in."

I nod and walk up the stairs, opening their door. I was ecstatic to see them again.

I gasp as I see Bill hovering above them, human form, grinning and all.

"Bill?" I ask aloud, taking a step back.

Mabel and Dipper turn their heads and gasp.

"Y/N!!!!"
I allow yourself to be hugged, not taking my eyes away from Bills. They seemed to be staring into my soul, sending shivers through my spine.

"We missed you! Are you okay?!" Mabel yells.

I look at her and nod, then looking back up at Bill.
