He meets your parents

James

You had asked James a few weeks ago if he would like to meet your parents ha was kind of nervous and unsure about it but he agreed to it. So today you were both getting ready to meet your parents. You could see that James was really nervous but when you asked him if he was okay he said he was fine while he really wasn't.

"James you don't have to be nervous ok it will be fine." You said smiling at him as he came out of the bathroom closing up some buttons on his shirt.

"I'm not nervous Y/N." He said in a nervous tone.

"James don't lie to me I know you and you are nervous." You said walking up to him and taking his hands.

"Ok I'm nervous but what if your parents don't like me." He said looking at you.

"James even if my parents don't like you I like you and that's what most important." You said kissing his cheek.

You and James were both holding hands when you arrived at your parents house. You looked at James before knocking on the front door.

"Oh hello you must be James. We've heard so much about you." Your mum said after she had opened the front door.

"Come in come. Hi honey it's great to see you again." Your mum said as she hugged you.

"It's great to see you to mum. This is James but you already guessed that." You said hugging her and then letting go and standing next to James.

"Hello Mrs. Y/L/N it's nice to meet you." James said holding out his hand to shake.

Your mum pushed his hand away and hugged him.

"You seem like a very nice man James." Your mum said pulling away from the hug.

James smiled at your mum and took your hand again. The two of you walked into the kitchen were your dad was sitting at the table.

"You must be James." Your dad said standing up from the table and walking over to James.

"I suspect that you will take good care of her." Your dad said shaking James' hand.

"I sure will sir. I would never hurt her." James said smiling at your dad and shaking his hand.

You and James sat down at the table with your mom and dad. The four of you talked and your parents really seemed to like James and you were very happy about that. As the night came to an end your parents asked you to talk to them alone.

"What's wrong? Don't you like James?" You asked worried.

"Nothings wrong honey and we like James very much we just wanted to let you know that we support your relationship." Your mum said smiling.

"Really you do. Oh thank you I love you guys so much." You said hugging them.

You went back to James who was waiting at the door and hugged him. You and James said goodbye to your parents and went to his house.

Brad

You and Brad were on your way to meet your parents. You could see that he was really nervous he also hadn't stopped coming up with reason to why they wouldn't like him.

"Brad stop it ok. They will like you don't worry okay." You said cutting him off from his rant.

"Yeah but what if they don't. I can't lose you Y/N." He said looking at you.

"Brad it doesn't matter what my parents think. Do you really think I'm gonna break up with you if they don't like you." You said looking at him.

"I love you and nothings gonna change that." You said smiling.
