Before Alison's accident she was getting ready to make her Broadway debut when she got hurt in the big apple when she was going to have dinner with friends Isabelle and Lindsey. Alison was the kind of girl that had a high tolerance of pain. It took a lot to make Alison hurt physically. Alison was immediately rushed to the hospital because Lindsey called 911 thankfully.
When Alison got there they took x-rays and said "she had broken her knee and fractured her ankle." Alison was so happy to hear that it wasn't as serious as she thought. What caused the pain in the leg is still a mystery.

One week later Alison was back at school and on crutches. It was hard for her to get around campus, but she did it. During her recovery she still went to shows to support her friends. She went back home once before she went back to school.

Ally never wanted to give up not performing afterwards. She truly enjoyed performing in front of live audiences as much as she could. She made guest appearances in shows at different restaurants that had shows there. She did a guest appearance for her one friend Lindsey. When she was recovered and got the ok from the doctor to be back in the rehearsal room and audition room again the first show she went to audition for was a brand new show that would be start in the next 2-3 years on Broadway... Maybe.

Alison was glad to be back in action and to be able to finally make her Broadway debut. The show that would be starting on the great white way was first performed in the west end. She was so excited to be apart of the Broadway run for the first time. She was always the person in the rehearsal room that always made people laugh after a hard day at work.

Once she was back in the audition room for the first time the creative team could just see her come alive into the character that she was playing. Alison was auditioning for the role of a teenage girl moving into a big city not knowing anyone and having to find her way around and meeting new people. The show wasn't going to start rehearsals until later in the year.  Ally still would have flare up moments, but nothing too serious. When she would step too hard it would act up, but she was not going to let the stop her from living the life of a normal teenager. She always knew exactly what she wanted to do and had an idea of the type of show that interests her the most. Her agent Nicole  wanted Ally to step outside of her comfort zone, so that's exactly what she did. At the audition she honestly enjoyed herself.  Being in the show was exciting. She did the workshop for the show shorty after.

Alison was rehearsing on 13-14 hour days sometimes. The creative team saw what Alison's potential was before deciding what track to officially place her in. They saw that she had more dance experience then anything else she has done before. The creative team had Ally in the ensemble and an understudy at first. She also had the role of the dance captain/ assistant choreographer too along side Laura Michaels a fellow dancer that she had taken a master class when she did competition dance. Ally was beyond belief to hear she was making her debut in her understudy track for the lead. When she found out she was on her way to the theatre. Alison always liked to get to theater a good 1-2 hours before half hour. Her favorite thing to do before a show is to get a good warm up in for both her brain and her body. As a dancer she always wanted to be ready for anything she was told to do. She always went down to the stage to warm up and rehearse parts that she needed to work on. Ally wanted the movements and lines to move smoothly with no flaws. In the show she has a big tap number so she of course did a little tapping to warm the feet up and to prepare the body for what she had to do. The producers put this special number in just for her. The person who played Ally's track in the west end didn't have the amount of experience as Ally did but there was still a number of tapping she did in the show. The only time Ally wouldn't be able to perform her tap number would be when she was going as the lead.
