I take a shower, straighten my hair and get changed(outfit above). I walk into our room, sit in the bed and watch Greg and Keithie play a video game.
"So what's the point in this game? You just go around drowning and shooting people?" I ask
"Yep you wanna try?" Greg asks.
"Yeah no. I'm good." I tell him.
I start to talk to Charlotte(Charlie), and Lenny walks into our room and picks up Greg and Keithie. He carries them outside.
"No my high score!" Keithie yells.
Becky follows her dad outside, not even 10 seconds later my dad came inside. I hold up a hand.
"Don't even think about it. I got this." I say and he laughs. We all walk outside together.
"What are we going to do?" I ask them.
"We're going on a walk in the woods." Lenny replies. We start walking through the woods.
"You know Greg, your dad used to make us do the craziest things. I remember one time we got a shower curtain, put em in shopping carts and went shopping cart sailing." Kurt tells Greg.
"Wait how did you steer?" Greg asks.
"We didn't." Eric says.
"How did you stop?" Keithie asks
"You just smashed into stuff, that was the fun part." Lenny says. My eyes widen and Ty's do to.
"I wanna do that!" Ty and I yell in sync. Everyone except the adults look at us weird. We shrug at them.
"I remember we used to shoot bottle rockets at each other. You always go for the face cause you wanna blind them." Dad tells us.
"Okay that's a little much pal." Lenny tells him.
"No you don't wanna do that. Erase reboot." Dad says and makes a rewind sound. We stop walking when Lenny says we should make a tree fort and he'll get us started. He picks up a stick.
"I remember Rob used to live in one of those for a year." Eric tells us.
"Why?" Greg and I ask. We look at each other and smile.
"My dad took away my roller skates." Rob tells us.
"Uh oh Vietnam flashback." Dad states. Lenny starts to freak out and we all ask 'what' and he walks over, we follow him, and he grabs a rope hanging from a tree.
"Rope on a tree baby! You know what that means?" Eric says.
"We get to hang ourselves?" Charlie asks
"Are you kidding me? You see a rope and a lake and it doesn't make you wanna go crazy?" Lenny asks us.
Eric starts mumbling, he walks over and grabs the rope. Dad told him to get onto the rock, so he did.
"The class is in session." Eric tells us. He gets a running start and jumps off. He swings over the lake and we yell at him to drop. He swings back over and hit a tree. He lets go and fell down the hill.
"OH!" We all cringe. I cringe and grab onto Gregs arm every time Eric hit the ground.
"That was awesome!" Keithie exclaims after Eric finished falling down the hill.
"Oh god. Oh god. My leg snapped! The bones sticking out. Oh god I need help!" Eric screams and I gasp and hide my face behind my hands.
"It's a stick. It's a stick. I got ya." Eric says and starts to do a weird dance and we all laugh.
"Daddy that bird is hurt!" Becky tells Lenny while pointing to a bird that is on the ground trying to fly away.
"Oh my god, I'll go get a shoebox." Lenny says and walks away. My dad walks over to Eric and helps him up.
"Hey did you really land on that bird man?" Dad asks Eric.
"I'm not really sure. I did hear a chirp and a crunch like noise, but that could've been anything." Eric replies. I walk over to Ty.
"Hey what are we gonna do for music? We don't have our phones to play the song on." I ask him.
"We need to ask your dad for your phone. We'll just use that for music though." Ty tells me and I nod.
"Dad can I have my phone back? Ty and I need to practice our dance." I ask my dad.
"Sure. Here you go, but only for practice!" Dad tells me and I smile at him.
"Thanks dad!" I say and hug him. I put my phone in my pocket and walk over to Ty.
"Ready to practice?" He asks. I nod and we walk to the yard. I make sure no ones around so they can't see it or anything. I start to play the song 'Worth It'. We start our dance routine. (Above video, Emma is the girl in 23 shirt and Ty is the guy dancing with her). After we finish we high five and walk back to dad. I hand him my phone and he puts it away. Charlie and Greg walk over to me.
"Where'd you learn that?" They ask me.
"Dance class. Plus Ty and I are on the dance team at school." I say. Charlie hugs me.
"That was amazing!" She exclaims and I laugh.
