Chapter 24

Tarah POV

After a whole day of shopping, I was exhausted

"How was shopping with my mom" said Adam putting his bags down

"It was good, I guess"

"What did you guys do?" he asked smiling

"Um...she bought me a nice dress, I don't know why"

"Because we are going to a special dinner"

"Just us?"

He smiled at me

"Yes, just us"

"What did you boys do today?"

"Nothing"

I looked at him with a weird look

"You'll fingure it out later"

He smiles and kisses my head

"Get ready, we leave in an hour"

I groaned and walked to the bathroom

10 minutes later I got a phone call from...Charlie

I pressed decline and got dressed

My phone went off again and it was Charlie, Adam walked in and saw who as calling

Adam picked up my phone and anwsered it

"Hello"

"Tarah?"

"No, it's Adam"

"Where's Tarah"

"She can't make it to the phone"

"Adam let me talk to Charlie" I said trying to grab my phone

He nudged away and walked out

Adam POV

"Charlie, don't ever call my wife again"

"Wife? What are you talking about?"

"I am asking Tarah to marry me tonight, so we can both take care of child"

"Child? You got Tarah pregnant!!!"

"Yeah, and there's nothing you can do about it"

"Adam Banks! You are de--"

I hung up on him and walked back into the room

"What did Charlie want?"

"He just wanted me to tell you to never talk to him again"

Tarah POV

I continued to get ready while Adam got ready in the other room

Half an hour later a limo pulled up, Adam grabbed my hand and walked me to the car

We both waved off too his parents and drove away

We arrived at the restraunt and it was really fancy

"Banks, for two" he said to the waitress

The waitress took us to our table and we ordered drinks

"You look beautiful"

I smiled

"You don't look to bad yourself"

The waitress was back with our drinks and we decided to order our food

After we ordered dessert Adam was paying the check until he got up and bent down on one knee

"Tarah, I don't know what I would do without you in my life, I want to be a family and raise our little boy or girl together, so will you do the great honor and.........Marry me?"
