"Eadlyn, have a good day at school. Do your best and remember, no matter what I love you" my mother said as she kissed my head. I wish i was more like her, so selfless, beautiful and brave.....
"My dearist Eadlyn, have a beautiful day. Be selfless" my father said as he patted my head and walked out the door with out saying another word. "Eadlyn, ignore him please. He loves you" my mother said trying to comfort me. "Please!" I snapped. My mother glared at me. "Eadlyn! Enough!". I chuckled to myself. "Go to school." she pointed at the door. I heard her mumble something under her breath "I see she has inherited her father's attitude". I wanted to snap back at her but I resisted. Instead i just walked to school trying to push this morning out of my head. Its on days like this one, i want to leave.
Later at school
I approached the school I looked for my friend Evelyn. I soon spotted her. When she saw me she waved.
"Hello Eadlyn"
"Hello Evelyn"
We both bowed to each other, in Abnegation we do that because it shows respect. Evelyn suddenly grabbed my arm. And pulled me behind the building.
She looked around and then spoke in a hushed whisper. "Me and you are joining Dauntless, ask no questions" she said looking me in the eye. "Wha-" i started ti say then she shushed me. "No questions Eadlyn"
