Alex POV

I can't believe I'm a Avenger! It's a dream come true and a nightmare at the same time.

I hear foot steps behind me trying to catch up to me. I whirl around and see Steve Rogers.

"Yes?" I ask

"I just wanted to congratulate you for getting on the team and...

"Ask me why you've been with SHIELD two years and never heard of me?" I cut him off

"Yes, how did you know?" Steve asks me

"Lucky guess." I say with a smile "As for why I'm one of SHIELD's little secrets, it's because of what just happened.

"I hope you don't me mind asking, but were you there when your dad died?" He asked

"Yes, I was there when Loki killed him. " I say as I try to keep back tears "You know he told me about you."

"Oh yeah?" He said with a smile," What did he tell you?"

"That you were 10 times stronger the IronMan, and if I ever became a fan IronMan he'd disown me. That made him laugh

" I first heard of Captain America when I was 10. One day a kid called me weak, and I was devastated. I remember coming home crying and trying to explain to my dad what happened through sobs. He told me of a soldier that was strong and brave, but he wasn't always strong, he told me, but he was brave and even though he was weak he tried his best to join the army. Ever since then you've been role model for me.

"Thanks kid. " Steve says, "I was going fit in a little training before 9:00, would you like to join me?"

"Sure!"

"Oh, you'll need this. " Steve says as he hands me a small card

"What is this?" I ask

"A key to Avengers tower and you might want to pack your stuff, you'll be moving in. Steve informs me

"Really?"

"Clint will be picking you up with the helicopter at six tomorrow."

" Ok." I say nervously

"And Alex, you'll be great."

I smile

DAD!!!

I cry as I pull out my gun and point it at the maniac that stabbed him.

"You're the last defense, how terrifying." Loki sneered

I look down and put my gun away.

"Good girl" Loki taunts as he leaves

I run to dad where Nick Fury and the the new agent are, but it's to late.

I start crying uncontrollably and start to lose control of my body

"Are you ok?" I hear voice say

My body starts to calm down, I look up and see the new guy.

"Yeah, I guess so."

"I'm Ryan." He says as holds his hand out to help me up

"Alex." I say as I grab his hand
