"How's she doing?" My dad asked as i'm holding Aria
"Pretty good. Aren't you Aria?" Talking like a baby, "Do you want to see Grampa Harry?"
"Hey Aria!" my dad said taking her from my arms.
"She's pretty big for 5 months old isn't she?" I asked my dad
"She seems normal." My dad said
"Okay, I just didn't know if something was wrong with her." I said crossing my arms, sitting in the rocking chair watching my dad bounce Aria around.
"Darcy relax, if something was wrong you would be able to tell." my dad said setting Aria in her crib.
"Okay. So are you and mum going out tonight?" I asked, because it was my dad's x-factor anniversary
"Yeah we were going to go out tonight with all the kids. Do you want me to take Aria with, or drop her off at Gran's?" my dad asked, since it was also my 16th birthday.
"Yeah that would be great. Will and I were just going to go swimming tonight and watch a movie." I said walking to grab Aria out of the crib.
"Well i'll tell Will to pack a bag, and I will meet you in the loo to give Aria a bath." my dad said starting to walk out of the room.
"Okay. That's fine." I said grabbing a towel and a diaper for Aria
*Le Loo*
"Aria stop squirming." I said trying to hold her still as my dad poured water on her curly brown hair.
"Ahhhhhhh." my dad screamed as Aria splashed water in his face.
"Sorry about that dad." I said grabbing the towel behind me to hand it to him.
"That's alright, i'm used to it." my dad said whipping his face off.
"Okay Aria, let's get you dried off." I said starting to wipe off her bum with the pink towel.
"Ma-m-m" Aria started to say.
"WILLLLL GET IN HERE NOW!" I yelled behind me
Will came rushing in the loo to see Aria with a towel around her standing up by the tub with me and my dad.
"What's wrong?" Will asked franticly
"Aria is trying to say something." My dad asked starring at Will
"Ma-mama." Aria said
"Oh my god, she said my name!" I said
"Aren't you happy? She said her first word!" my dad said looking at Will once again.
"Yeah! Good job Aria!" Will said coming over to me and my dad getting at Aria's height and kissing her on the fore head.
"I love you so much Aria." Will said and then gripping on to my hand
"Da-ad." Aria said
Will's face was priceless. He was so happy she finally said her name, and not only mine. Or at least what Aria would call us.
"Hey Aria, can you say Grampa Harry?" I asked
"Gra-am-p-pa H-a-ar-ry." Aria said
I looked over at my dad who had tears coming down his eyes. I've never seen him so happy in his life. Well at least of what I've seen him. Or remembered. I was happy, that I had a family that loved Aria, and me so much. I was supported, and I was so happy Will stayed with me to help raise Aria, because without him, I don't know what I would do. I would be stuck with my family with no "man" with me except for my dad and uncles.
