Emily's P.O.V
"I can't believe you said that to her!" I laughed walking into school.
Luke had just told me that he yelled at an old lady for taking forever to decide what ice cream flavor she wanted.
"Hey you can't blame me she stood there for twenty minutes, I was in a rush" he raised his hands up in defense.
"You're such a dork" I said leaning against my locker.
"But that's what you love about me" he whispered leaning forward sending chills down my spine.
He brought one hand to my cheek and the other to my waist and pulled me closer. I stood on my tippy toes and attached our lips for a short but sweet kiss.
"Eww get a room you two" I heard Leah scream from across the hall.
I pulled away and kissed Luke on the cheek. "I'll catch you later" I said walking over to Leah.
"Ohhh that's a cute shirt can I borrow someday?" Leah said looking at me up and down.
"Good morning to you too, where's Jackson?" I asked looking around
"I don't really know actually he's supposed-" she stopped in her tracks when something caught her eye.
I followed her eyes in the direction they were looking and saw what she was gagging at. It was Jackson sucking face with the school snob. Amber.
Her father owns this big company which makes her filthy rich, and because of that she treats people like shit because she thinks she's better than anyone just because shes rich.
"Do you see what I see?" Leah nudged my shoulder.
"Yes, I do and it's horrific" i said.
"Eww why the fuck is he doing with her?" Leah gagged
"I don't know but I think we're about to find out.." I said as they walked over to us.
"Hey guys!" Amber obnoxious high pitched voice squealed from across the hall.
She walked over to us and engulfed us in a bone crushing and awkward hug.
"Emily, Linda, how are you?-"
"Uhh it's Leah Amber" Leah cut her off.
"Oh I knew that silly!" She nudged.
Just as she was about to open her mouth we were saved by the bell informing us to get our asses to class.
"Well uhh it was nice talking to you Amber but we've got class now so bye!" I said dragging Leah to math before she could say anything else.
