Chapter 20- The Unexpected

DARRIEN POV

Alex had called and said to meet her at the trap in 20, I'm not sure what that's about but I told her I'd be there.

I know I'd Disappeared for a while, I was dealing with Lezlie crazy ass. Hell I still am the only time she come around is when she need money, and like a dummy I give it to her. Lezlie was my first love we were together for 7 years, 3 months ago she gave birth to my everything.

My daughter Darrianna, Lezlie isn't fit to take care of her I don't know what she does with the money I give but I know it isn't being used for my baby.

So I took my baby and was taking care of her with the help of my mom. I should've listened to Nique & Alex, but my hard headed ass learned the hard way. Alex had told me the other day that she was getting out the game, to settle down with Nique.

I pulled up at the trap & did the knock, Sean opened the door. I dapped him up and walked in I saw that everybody was here so I knew it was something serious. I looked around they all looked as clueless as I probably did.

"Where's Alex?"

"In her office" Jay said.

I nodded and walked upstairs to her office, I knocked on the door walking in, she looked up at me and stood up.

"Just the person I wanted to see" she said as we did our hand shake.

She went to sit back down motioning for me to do the same, she got a serious look on her face.

"What's going on sis?"

"As you know, I plan on settling down with Nique. I told her I was getting out the game, which is somewhat true. I guess you could say we switching places. I'll be working for you now."

I stared at her taking in what she was saying. I had to make sure I wasn't going crazy

"You saying what I think you saying?"

She smiled and nodded "Yep, I'm handing the business down to you"

I jumped up did our handshake and hugged her.

"Damn, sis got yo ass on lock but I got chu."

She laughed and shook her head

"Well there's one last thing to do"

I looked at her confused

"We gotta announce it nigga"

"oh yea yea, right."

We walked back downstairs to where everybody was, they all looked at us. Alex spoke

"I know y'all probably wondering why I called this meeting on such short notice, well truth is I'm stepping down off the platform.... And Darrien is gonna be taking my place"

They all looked around at eachother, Marc mugged me and stood up

"I'm not working for his bitch ass nigga"

I looked over at Alex she raised an eyebrow at me

"I'm no longer in charge, you handle that"

I smirked & turned back to Marc "Well if yu'on like it pussy nigga there's the door, & that go for all y'all. I got a business to run I don't have time to babysit."

He shook his head and sat down, exactly what I thought.

"Ain shit changed, well besides the fact that you work for me now. You stay in your place it won't be no problems. You know what to do, don't go acting brand new I'll have Ya head. Understood?"

They all nodded. I started letting them know what was up on our product and shit.

"We gotta new connect coming in this week from Puerto Rico, Alex & Rocky gone roll wit me."

We talked about who was doing what, after business was handled everything was chill after that. We was all joking and fooling roun. Temp dumb ass was talking bout some girl that was on his dick all the time.

"She call me every other day asking me for more, you'd swear she was going through a hell of alot. I ain NEVVAAA seen no crack head like her before. She bad as fuck tho, beautiful long black silky hair, hazel green eyes, phat ass, plump breast and caramel toned."

I listened as he described and talked about her.

"I fucked her before, best one yet. She got a couple tattoos. A flower wit vines goin down her side, her name on her wrist, & somebody else name on her neck. I think she said it was her daughter she'd recently had"

I sat up and looked at Alex who was looking at me

"You remember her name?" Alex asked

"Lisa, Linda, Lexie, Lezlie ! That's what it is her name is Lezlie"

I jumped up and charged at him, I slammed him against the wall and choked him

"You selling heroin & shit to my babymama?! And you fucking her too ?!" I screamed in his face

" I- I didn't know man, she said she ain fuck wit her babydaddy no more."

I felt Alex hand on my shoulder, I backed up and went to my car. I'ma kill her ass.

Well that was unexpected ! I decided not to do Lezlie's POV in this one. You'll hear from her in the sequel. But let me know what you think. This is the final chapter :)
