Bridget

"It's good to be alive, right about now."

That's what I woke up too. I must've changed my alarm and not remembered it. Anyways, I looked at my phone and it read 5:02. What the hell?  I thought to myself, I don't have to wake up for another hour!

Since I wasn't getting back to sleep anytime soon, I decided to get up and take a shower. While I was walking to the bathroom, I got a text. I picked it up to see who it was from and it was Phoenix.

Phoenix: Hey babe

Bridget: Hey, what are you doing up?

Phoenix: I could ask you the same question ;)

Bridget: My alarm went off an hour early, what's your excuse

Phoenix: I set your alarm to go off an hour early, so I wanted to wake up and admire my handiwork

Bridget: Are you serious?! What the actual fuck, who does that?

Phoenix: You're loving, handsome boyfriend

Bridget: Who said you were handsome? OR loving for that matter?

Phoenix: Oh, come on, you know you love me

Bridget: Nope

Phoenix: Oh, don't be like that

Bridget: You're such a duck!

Phoenix: Duck?

Bridget: Omg! I meant dork! stupid auto correct! Btw, I'm changing your contact name to ducky

Ducky: No, don't do it! I'm not a duck! Btw, I'm very handsome

Bridget: :) :) Nope, you're eww

Ducky: Excuse you? Have you seen me? I could be a God!

Bridget: Conceited much?

Ducky: Very, I'll even prove it too you.

Bridget: How?

Ducky: You'll see at school :)

Bridget: Fine, be that way. I have to go

Ducky: :( why

Bridget: I have to take a shower

Ducky: Ooh, wish I was there

Bridget: Don't be such a perv, duck

Ducky: Did you just call me a duck again?

Bridget: Yes, now goodbye

Ducky: Fine, btw I love you <3

Bridget: I love you too <3

Ugh, he's such a dork, but I still love him. I looked at the time and it said 5:13. I just spent 11 minutes talking to that duck (and yes, I'm going to refer to him as a duck from now on).

I put my hair up into a bun and hopped into the shower. It only took about seven minutes, which was surprisingly short for me. I dried off and wrapped the towel around me. While I was walking back to my room, I heard my mum start her shower. She must have been waiting for me to get out.
