Chapter 1: The First Day of 11th Grade

~Chapter 1~

Monica's P.O.V

It was the first day coming back to school, I was a Junior (11th grader ). I had went to my first class which was math. Jazmine, and I had the exact same classes

•1st Period: Math

•2nd Period: Science

Lunch

•3rd Period: English

•4th Period: P.E

We all hated P.E it was boring. Anyway in math class we met the teacher his name was Mr. Dillon we had introduced ourselves.

Monica: "Hi I'm Monica Rios."

Jazmine: "I'm Jazmine Viana."

Mr. Dillon: "Hello girls its nice to meet you I'm Mr. Dillon."

Both of us: "It's nice to meet you too."

Jazmine and I were still facing the teacher then Kayla came in the room and shouted:

Kayla: "YO!! WATS UP EVERYBODY!"

Jazmine and I didn't look for we knew who it was the teacher got up from his chair and walked towards Kayla we knew he was going to give her detention.

Mr. Dillon: "And what is your name?"

Kayla: "I'm Kayla Leyba. Ummm who are you."

Jazmine and I gave her a look like cut it out that's the teacher. She saw our faces, but she just ignored us.

Mr. Dillon: "Well missy I'm the teacher Mr. Dillon and I'm happy to tell you that you have earned yourself detention."

Kayla: "Why what did I do?"

Mr. Dillon: "You yelled in my classroom."

Kayla: "I'm sorry for yelling but come on detention on the first day."

Mr. Dillon: "Fine your just so lucky it is just the first day otherwise you would've had detention for a whole month."

The conversation ended she came towards us we have each other a HUGE hug. Then we looked at Kayla's schedule we all had exactly the same classes we cheered with joy

All 3 of them: "YES! WHOOOHOOO!"

Then Jazmine's mate, Stiles came in the room. He walked towards Jazmine pulling her close by the waist and kissing her lips gently. Kayla and I stood there awkwardly staring at each other. Then Jackson, Kayla's mate went to Kayla and kissed her. This time I was the only one felling that it was awkward. Jackson and Stiles looked a me then each have me a hug.

Jazmine: "Don't worry Monica you'll imprint on someone someday."

I sighed and looked at the floor the girls where excited. Then I heard Jazmine say:

Jazmine: "Babe we have the same schedule."

Kayla: "Awesome! Babe look so do we!"

I thought to myself "great I get to be a third wheel".

Jazmine's P.O.V

I felt bad Monica hasn't found her mate yet. I read her thoughts she was sad because she sees me and Kayla always with our mates holding them close, kissing them. "They have someone who loves them and I have no one what's wrong with me??" She thought.

Jazmine: "Nothing is wrong with you Monica. Don't worry you'll find the one someday."

She didn't say anything but she thought again. "Crap I forgot that werewolves can read each others minds." She stopped thinking and looked at me I was too zoned into her thoughts that I didn't notice. Then she thought again "Hey Jazmine would you please get out of my head." I looked at her and she smiled at me I was thinking "shit she found out usually when I read people's thoughts they don't know until they hear my voice in their head."

Monica's. P.O.V

Jazmine likes to read my mind all the time so I didn't really care. And after Jazmine told me that nothing was wrong with me I had a smile on my face. Then I thought again "how come all the guys I have met I never imprinted on them?" Kayla and Jazmine had told me what if feels like to imprint on someone. They said that when you look into their eyes you see a vision of him and you see yourselves happy together. Then after that he's on your mine all the time and you won't give up on him till he's yours. They said that when you see him everything changes all of a sudden it's not gravity holding you to the planet it's him. You would do anything, be anything for him. Anyway throughout the entire first and second period I felt something. I felt something good as if I would've met someone new. The girls and I where gunna pick our seats when suddenly a kid walked through the door. Right when I laid my eyes on him I couldn't take them off he was so cute. I saw his abs, he had a 6 pack. At that time I thought: "wow he's gorgeous, beautiful." And sure enough Jazmine had read my mind wanting to know why I was staring at him. Jazmine whispered to Kayla:

Jazmine: "I think she finally found the one!"

Kayla: "How can you tell?"

Jazmine: "Look at her she can't take her eyes off him."

Kayla and Jazmine sat on the sides of me while I was in the middle we where in the 2nd row. He had sat behind me I started to blush a little bit I was going to look into his eyes because I couldn't take mine off him.
