Chapter 23: David

~Chapter 23~

Monica's P.O.V

I woke up next to Scott, I got my phone to check the time it was 10:00 I had lots of time. No wait didn't David say at 10:30. I need to remember,

~Memory~

Monica: "Yea sure, but can we do it tomorrow?"

David: "Yea at 10:30?"

Monica: "Yea I'll meet you at Starbucks then take you to the front of my house so I can teach you to control your temper."

David: "Sure, sounds like a plan

Ohh crap that didn't give me a lot of time I only had 20 minutes. I got up from the bed and went up to my room. I opened the door and found Ali playing with her phone. I went to my closet and dug through all my clothes to find out what to wear.

Ali: "Where are you going?"

Monica: "You remember David?"

Ali: "Ohh yea, you two were inseparable back in the day, you two were like best friends."

Monica: "Yea well I'm going to meet up with him at Starbucks today and then I'm gunna be in the front teaching him how to control his anger."

Ali: "Don't you think you should tell Scott?"

Monica: "Na, he trusts me. I mean come on it's not like I have feelings for David. He's just my best friend and besides I've already imprinted on Scott."

Ali: "I know, but still. Don't you think that you should give him a heads up?"

Monica: "It's too late now I only have 20 minutes to get ready."

I took out some purple skinny jeans and a light green shirt that said "true love only exists in fairy tales", I pulled out my purple and green high-tops. I took out a green and purple stripped bow and put in my already curled hair. I hopped in my car and checked the time on my phone it was 10:15. "I can't believe that I only took 15 minutes to get ready!" I thought. Even though it was 10:15 I needed to hurry, I didn't want to be late. I got to Starbucks and saw David sitting at a table drinking his drink. I walked in and made my way towards him.

Monica: "Hey David."

David: "Hey, I got you a drink."

Monica: "Ohh thanks, what is it?"

David: "It's captain crunch, I hope you don't mind."

Monica: "Ohh captain crunch is my favorite. It's like you read my mind."

I laughed and he laughed with me. We sat and talked until we finished our drinks.

Monica: "Now shall we go to my house and teach you how to control your temper?"

David: "Yea sure, lets go."

Monica: "Did you come walking or did you drive?"

David: "No I walked, I only live like a block away."

I was headed towards the door and David held it open for me. I smiled and he smiled back.

Monica: "Thanks."

David: "Your welcome."

We got into my car and headed home. I pulled up in the driveway and got out the car. How do I make David angry, how do I help him stay calm, relaxed after getting him angry?

Monica: "So, what makes you angry?

David: "I don't know."

Monica: "How can you not know!?"

David: "I don't know?!"

He was coming closer to me. "What was he trying to do?" I thought. I took steps back and he took steps forward. Before I could even ask him what he was trying to do, I felt. His lips pressed up against mine. I was shocked, but I had reacted quickly. I pushed him off me, I was kinda pissed off.

Monica: "What the hell are you doing!!?"

Before David could speak I saw scoot running towards me.

Scott: "What happened?"

Monica: "David ummmm he ummmmm he kissed me."

Scott: "WHAT!!! OHHH HELL NAA!!!"

Monica: "Babe please calm down."

But it was too late, I had stepped back and saw that he's claws came out. He tried to attack David. I stepped in front of Scott looking into his eyes.

Monica: "Scott, baby please calm down."

He looked into my eyes and they turned back to its original beautiful brown.

Monica: "Scott this is David...... David this is my boyfriend Scott."

I can tell that David was getting angry, I knew that he was about to change. But what I didn't know was that David was well is a shapeshifter. He turned into a wolf, and I mean an actual wolf. He changed into a wolf like Jacob, from twilight. I mean I knew that he was a wolf, but he didn't tell me that he was a shapeshifter. Before I knew it, he was back to his old self. Since I now know what makes David mad lets see if he can control himself this time.

Monica: "Scott, kiss me. The only reason why I bright David here was to teach him how to control his anger. Kiss me."

Scott: "You don't need to tell me twice."

Scott looked at me and then pressed his lips onto mine. David was getting angry, but he really couldn't do anything about it. He didn't change like I thought he would. He did it, I was happy for him. I ran and hugged him.

Monica: "Congrats, you did it!!"

He was still looking at the floor, and didn't say anything.

David's P.O.V

I was pretty upset, why didn't Monica tell me that she had a a boyfriend. Well since I can't do anything about it might as well be friends with Scott to make her happy. I shook hands with Scott and saw Monica smile.

Scott: "Look David if you ever kiss her again, you will pay the price."

I nodded. "I won't promise anything" I thought. I had a few tricks, it was getting pretty awkward.

Monica: "Now lets go introduce David to everyone else."

She grabbed my wrist and dragged me inside. There where two guys sitting on the couch watching tv.

Monica: "David, this is Stiles and Jackson. Stiles, Jackson this is David."

David: "He guys, nice to meet you."

I reached out my hand hoping that one only them would shake it, and Stiles was the first.

Stiles: "Was up man. We where just watching football, Patriots vs. The Giants."

David: "Ohh cool, who's winning?"

I ran strait towards the couch and sat down hoping that they didn't care.

Monica's P.O.V

I saw David run to the couch, I laughed. "It must be a guy thing to love sports" I thought.
