Chapter 7

Jungkook POV

The bell rang so I left to find Aureum. I need to find her! Ugh I should have seen her schedule, I'm so dumb.

I was on the search for her until Jimin came and said,

"Hey bro, we have to go rehearse, c'mon." 

"O-Oh yeah, coming." I nervously said.

She probably left already.

I followed them to rehearsals at the studio.

*After Rehearsals*

I kept on thinking about her.

"Hey, you were good on stage! Keep it up!" said RapMon.

"T-Thanks." I was looking disgusting because of the sweat and moves, but finally I got to leave to the Cafe, since I'm tired and hungry.

"Hey, can you guys finish this without me, I'm tired and going to go to that new Cafe." I said, waiting on their answer nervously

"Sure thing!" They said

"Oh and V?" I said nervously.

"Yeah?" he answered.

"What is Areum to you?" I had to ge this out of my curiosity.

"Oh my angel?! She's the love of my life." V replied making a heart above his head.

"Oh.." I said, hurt.

"Hey! She's mine!" I looked up.

Jimin.

"Haha don't worry about my cousin, he's lying since she's MY love of my life!" They laughed.

Cousin?

"Haha well Bye!" I said very happy.

Jimin looked at me suspiciously.

Oh no. Got to go!

I left running to the Cafe.

When I got there, I saw someone running out of the door.

Hm.

I went in and saw Hye.

She saw me quickly and said, "Jungkook! Over here!"

I ordered and sat in the seat. She looked excited.

Well, okay.

"I need to talk to you--- about Areum."

"What happened is she okay?" I asked immediately concerned.

 "Aw you care about her?!" She giggled.

Not.Funny. 

"Hey, if that's all you-" I began.

"Wait, No! it's serious." She said blankly.

"O-Okay." I said.

"I know you like her." she said, smirking.

Really?

"Really? I don't - " I said aloud.

"I've seen how you act around her and I told her about it." She said.

"WHY ? WHAT?" I screamed nervously.

"Just one question." She said not even hearing my response.

"Why did you bully her throughout High School until now?" She said angrily.

"W-Well, I didn't know how she was back then and I was popular and I treated her so badly and I regret it so much and now I just want to tell her how I feel and apologize now that I have a fresh new year and all. I just want to treat her right now that I've seen how much of a beautiful person she is. She's the light I need in my life." I began to tear up.

"Go tell her that dummy!" She said.

"W-What?" I stopped. 

"She JUST left go find her!" She said.

I panicked deeply, but I got up quickly.

"Thanks Hye, Bye!" I rushed my words and left.

I was running towards the direction I saw her run and I had millions of things buzzing in my mind.

I-I saw her. 

She was at a basketball court and I saw this big white van drive up towards her.

My mind was overwhelming.

A guy in a ski mask came out.

OH HECK NO.

I don't know where my energy came from, since it was all out from practice, but I ran so quickly no one saw me coming and I punched the guy and he didn't react much to my punch.

Instead, he tackled me to the ground and started punching me. I kicked him off of me and told Areum to leave, while I told this lady walking by to call the police. The lady did as I said and I kept the man busy but he insisted on fighting me. Areum, on the other hand, fainted. I screamed her name and the police came so I...
