Chapter 9

Areum POV

I woke up to the sound of my brother telling me to wake up.

"Areum, Up, Up!" He said.

Lazily, I said, "O-Okay Oppa." yawning. 

"I'll be making breakfast!" He left rapidly.

I quickly got dressed for another day of school.

I grabbed my Red Converse this time with my uniform accompanied by my red sweater and hurried downstairs after washing my face, brushing my hair, brushing my teeth, and putting on my black glasses and backpack.

"Yay!" Oppa said greeting me.

He gave me breakfast which was scramble eggs and bacon with orange juice. 

YAY

I ate it happily and went to school with Oppa, Taehyung, and Hye. We didn't have much time to spend in the morning so we directly went to our homeroom.

Two new girls came in and I saw Jungkook rush in, smile at me, and sit in the back.

I had no control over my blushing so I blushed madly. 

The girls introduced themselves.

The first girl who introduced herself was named Lee Karen.

"Hello everyone, My name is Lee Karen and I am from South Korea. I went to the States for some time, but I came back to my hometown to finish off High School. Nice to meet all of you!"

Then it was Ahn Melanie.

"Hey everyone! I originated in South Korea, but I left with my family to the States also for better education and new changes. Although, it was nice there, I wanted to go back here and finish school where I started it. Thank you!" She then bowed.

They both seem awesome.

After homeroom, I introduced myself to them and I also introduced them to Hye and we all had Art so they joined.

Jungkook sat next to me and was looking at me weirdly.

"Hey." He said sitting down next to me.

"Hi Hi." I said kindly. 

"Is there something on my face or something?" I whispered to him.

He laughed. "Yes, it's called cuteness." 

I giggled and we started focusing on the teacher. 

"Heyyy beautiful!" I heard Tae Tae say.

I laughed. "Hey Tae Tae."

I also introduced Melanie and Karen to him. They bowed.

"No need to be formal haha" Tae said to them.

*Lunch Rolled on by.*

Hye and I were sitting down and talking when the group came with Oppa. I made them introduce themselves to Karen and Melanie.  They smiled and sat down next to the boys. Hye and I started talking about yesterday. 

She was laughing through everything except me almost being kidnapped and happy Jungkook came.

During 7th period, I was laughing at how cute- yes, cute Jungkook was trying to get my number. I tried not to laugh, but I gave it to him and left.

Karen POV

When Areum showed me the group I nearly screamed at the top of my lungs.

I saw Jhope and he said his catch phrase which is,"My friends call me Jhope, but you can call me your hope. *winks* hehehe

AWWW cute!

I blushed very much.

I sat next  to them and ended up having a crush with Jhope.

Oh geez.

I can't believe he's so cute!

Jhope comes up to me and we sit somewhere else, on the end of the table. 

" I don't know why I'm doing this, but I really like you, Karen." He started blushing.

"Aw, cute. but you've only met me for a little while. Like ten minutes at the most." I said nervously.

He looked deeply into my eyes and said, "I know, but I have never been so crazy about anyone." grabbing my hand he bent down and said, " Will you make me the happiest guy in the world and go on a date with me?"

How could I say no.

"Of course!" He then grabbed my hand and he screamed, "She's MINE everyone!" 

I giggled, and we sat back down with everyone, talking.

Melanie POV

Watching Karen and Jhope made me laugh. It's so weird when Taehyung calls Areum pet names. I asked her later and she said, "Oh he's a weird cousin, like he's out of this planet.

Hehehehe

We sat back down and I sat next to Taehyung and he said, "Hi, Melanie." trying to put his elbow on the table and fell down. 

Pshhahahha

I couldn't help but laugh and he smiled at me.

"Haha. Hilarious." He said sarcastically.

"I like your smile by the way." I laughed. 

"T-Thanks." I said.

He smiled.

"How was your time at the States?" He asked.

"It was interesting many people and many things. hehe" He looked so interested like a little child. 

"That's so cool!" He said amazed.

"Yeah." I said happily and ate my food when I catched him staring at it.

"Are you hungry?" I said.

He eagerly said, "Yes!"

"Oh cool, there's food over there!" I said plainly.

I was trying so hard not to laugh at his expression. 

"But Melanie!" He whined. 

"What?" I said trying to sound serious.

He pouted.

I love his big brown eyes.

"Yours looks better! No fair!" He was beginning to cry. 

Whoops.

"I'm s-sorry!" I said trying to hug him.

Too late.

He grabbed my food and ate it.

"AH!" I said playfully hitting his arm.

"Owch! Okay Okay Melanie!" He said

I was still close to him and instead of me hugging him, he hugged me.

"Taehyung!" I screamed.

He pinched my cheeks.

"Aw you're so cute when you're mad!" He said.

.-. Wut ?

I blushed and slapped his hands off of my cheeks.

He stared at me blankly in to my eyes.

Well, that's nice. :)

I laughed at how he looked lost afterwards.
