lesson five: rule your mind

"rule your mind or it will rule you."to be positive, you have to step up and take control over your mind. this means pushing away the negative things and letting the positive take over. a negative mind will never give you a positive life. train your mind to see the good in every situation.
nothing can harm you as much as your own thoughts unguarded. trying to get rid of bad thought is hard, i know, but you can do it if you try. there is freedom inside of you, and you have to fight to get it. you can fight, and you can win. nothing is stopping you from fighting your internal war.
mental illnesses like depression are hard to live with. we all know this. so let's join together and stand with one another. let's help each other win our wars.
when you deal with negative thoughts inside your brain, a good thing to repeat to yourself, (i do this a lot, it works) is:
"i am stronger than my mind."
that being said, for this phrase to work, you must believe it.
you are stronger than your mind. you are more beautiful than you think. you are braver than you feel. you are loved. i am here for you. :)
