Honest opinions coming from someone who loves to read. Delivered with poor English grammar, because I don't know how to. Please excuse my mistakes. I don't care anyway.

One thing for sure.
Going through werewolf section on Wattpad is a torture. They keep coming up with the same recommendations again and again. Like seriously, Wattpad?
I am quite satisfied with the current system. But you gotta give us something different. I'm tired seeing; Alpha Badboy, Alpha is my mate??!!, Sexy Alpha is my Mate, Marked by Alpha King...
The worst thing is: people love it!
See the numbers of reads and votes, you'll understand what I am talking about.
The formula to be a famous werewolf story write on Wattpad:
1. Sexual/typical titles. Don't forget to add The word "alpha" and "mate".
2. Shirtless male models with abs and v lines for your covers.
3. The not-so-pretty female leads. Don't forget her silky wavy hair, long lashes, big eyes, and curvy body. Remember, she must not be pretty. Oh, wait. This rule applies to teen fiction stories too. Nina Dobrev or Crystal Reed as her casts is good enough.
4. The guy is the hottest creature on the planet. And he is a "badboy". And a walking manwhore. But the girl is his mate so he will fall in love at the first sight because their love is forever. Fransisco Lachowski or Ian Somerhalder as the cast. Don't forget the most important thing: abs.
5. The female lead is a virgin. (That's what I found from research)
6. The conflict. Ahem, what are the common conflicts in werewolf stories again? Nothing important. Just add some rogue thingy or cheating mate. There it is, our conflict!
7. The End. And don't forget to add some restricted chapters because we are thirsty hoes.

I have to search through some good supernatural writer's reading lists for at least one decent werewolf story. I found some, but compared to the amount of alpha virus here? Dude.
Of course, there are amazing werewolf/vampire stories hidden deep inside this website. But sadly, they are so underrated, making me confused as hell.
The truth is, most Wattpad readers are young teens or preteens of 13 years old and above. I understand if they are craving for some cliche and shallow romances. Oh, and abs. Absolutely.
