Jade's P.O.V

3 Weeks later...

It's been three weeks of training and everyone is doing just fine,except for jessica who dissappeared the first week,but the most important thing is the battle is in a week everyone was nervous.

"Ok everyone this was the last day so I'm allowing you to go celebrate" I said and a whole bunch of people started to cheer in response alot of them started pumping their fist in the air,"to celebrate everyone will meet at the club north of town" adam said and everyone ran inside.

I walked over to adam and smiled,for the past week we have gotton real close,but to everyone's surprise he hasn't marked me I know pathetic but oh well im not ready,"This should be fun I got a new dress from the store yesterday. I'm going to go get the girls ready" I said hopping off to them waving at adam.

Adam's P.O.V (finally)

I watch her go inside smiling on how open she is now, I was exited to see her new dress everything was going to great tonight just so I could give her new's to stress her out more.

I know its wrong of me to keep secrets from her but I couldn't tell her yet it will make her so sad I just can't do it yet.

I walked inside thinking about all the things I'm going to tell her tonight so the guilt would go away and I could live happier.

I just hopes it goes well.

Jade's P.O.V

I got ready not adding any make up for my eyes look sparkly with my aqua colored dress,and my red full lips even though I was going the whole natural look, I stepped out the door as everyone made their way to the cars.

When I reached adam's car he was checking the inside of the car,"Hey you ready to..." His voice trailed off when he saw me making me smile raising an eyebrow at him "is something wrong Adam I asked him he laughed nervously.

We got to the club and people started piled into the club,but adam pulled me towards the woods "where are we going?" I asked him he didn't answer and thats when I noticed the picnic with lit candles.

"I wanted ti do something special for you" he said from behind me,turning I smiled at him and gave him a hug "you know this is sweet and all but kind of chessy" I said ruining the moment, he laugh at this though "isn't the guys job to ruin the moment in a relationship?" He asked me making me laugh at this.

I raised an eyebrow at him and smirked "who said you were the guy in this relationship?" I asked teasingly, he faked a hurt look "who said I wasn't a man?" He asked me and I rolled my eyes smiling "the romantic picnic thats in,a circle of petal's forming a heart" I said pointing at it which made him blush and I sarted laughing,"Awww! Is little adam imbarrassed" I cooed at him which earned me a glare in return before we started laughing.

Adam's P.O.V

When we were done with the picnic we laid down on the blanket staring at the star's,"ok that star there is roudalph and he is the scamp of all star's so the out cast and then theirs donkey the star he's pretty annoying" she said pointing at two different star's which made me laugh "how do you know this stuff" I asked her shaking my head.

She smiled and simply said,"shrek" and I stared at her wierdly,"isn't that a cartoon?" I asked her,but before she could answer there was rustling in the woods.

We quickly got up.

Jade's P.O.V

The shadow stepped out from the trees and aimed something that looked like a gun at adam.

"Adam look out!"

I said leeping in front of the bullet,it hit me in the chest which made the figure run.

"Jade no don't die I'll get help and you will live"

He said tears in his eyes as he tried to stop the bleeding I smiled at him as things started to fade and I new I was dying.

I prepared for it but then a burning came where the bullet was feeling,like fire.

I screamed as it pushed on my skin my whole shoulder in pain finally I couldn't take it no more and blacked out the last thing I heard was adam calling my name and screaming out,"It's all my fault,it's all my fault!" Over and over again.

When I woke up I was in adams room and adam had his head in my lap I smiled down at him,"so peaceful" I whispered looking at his face,"ADAM WAKE UP!" I screamed in his ear which made him fall off the chair he sat on.

I laughed at his face before everything from last night came back to me and my face went hard,getting out of the bed I went and got some cloths "where are you going?" Adam asked me, I turned aroung to him "a shower the battle starts in less then 3 day's from now and I need to train".

Then I turned and kept walking.

Yes I know major cliff hangor but as u might suspect the book is close to an end yes very sad its only about 16 parts but its my first book on here.

Anyway I have given you the reader a chance to choose if I should do a sequal.

It was my plan to make all the good stuff in the second book cause that is where most stuff gets explained but.
