I know this is probably the last place you would expect me, considering the fact that I can't read. But I was actually at the library after school (and managed to avoid Rachel so I would not have to walk home with her.) Some of the librarians even looked at me as if I were some outsider. But I knew I had to find out some information about these zombie creatures of whatever they were. The best place was in the monster fantasy section. I wasn't dumb enough to not know that fantasy on zombies were just the authors pure imagination, but hey, if I had seen them and they do exist, someone should've known about them too.
I guess our library, out of all the things in this school, was by far the biggest. We had long bookshelves filled with both new and cracked open, torn old books. Anastasia had already memorized where every section in this library once. Unfortunately, whenever we needed her, she was never here.
"Hello may I help you? You look a little lost," this man actually said kindly.
I had never seen this man before, even if I hardly ever came to this library. But even then I knew most of the librarians were ladies who all they would do is shush people and be good at kicking people out of the library. Hence, this man looked about forty and looked like he was the realistic version of the guy from "up." (Apologies, I had to make that connection, but he really looked like him, so I figured he must act like him too.)
"Er, yeah, I want to find the zombie section," I tried saying this as casually as possible.
He suddenly seemed so much more interested, "oh I see, you are into learning about mystical creatures and their mutual habitat?"
"Uhh sure?" I said unsurely, because I had no clue what he had just said since he talked so fast.
"But I'm more interested in knowing how to deal with them," I told him.
He looked curious, "dealing with them? What's that going to help you with?"
"Oh I just want to know, I'm really interested in zombies. And I've read all the important things there are to read online about them. I was just wondering if you had some more information about them, considering that Halloween is coming nearer," I concluded.
"It's funny, I was talking to this man yesterday actually, we talked for quite some time. He told me that he once had a child coming to him asking him information on zombies. He's an expert on mythical creatures, I guess he's studied everything you gotta know about them. You should go to him," he stated.
I lit up, "do you know where I can reach him?"
He scratched his forehead, "oh yes, I don't quite know. I forget quite a lot. Umm, I have his number somewhere in the clutter in my house. Unfortunately I don't have a record kept on my phone, it's quite old really."
I tried to hide my disappointment, "well can you call me if you find it?"
"Yes just write your phone number down, I'm pretty sure I have a paper in my pocket somewhere so I can call you if i find it if you are that desperate to reach him," he pulled out a slip of paper.
I hastily wrote down my number and handed it to him. Then I thanked him and he left me to wander the library myself. I searched the library to find many fiction books about zombie attacks. And also some books where it told the history of zombies. There were some books about trolls and vampires being afraid of light, but I wasn't sure if that applied for zombies. Still none of the books really helped my cause, so I left, exhausted of seeing "words."

Today was the next day, yes I said, the next day. I won't bother telling you what happened last night because for one thing, I think you'd rather not hear about my video gaming experience.
