ben was rushing through campus, knowing that he was about to be late for his final because he overslept after a night of binge drinking and sleeping with yet another random sorority girl. he took a turn abruptly and ran into a short blonde girl, she fell to the ground and a string of curse words slipped from her lips. ben stopped in his tracks and started profusely apologizing, grabbing her arm to help her up. she ripped her arm from his and looked up at him with a look that could kill. her dark blue eyes met his light blue eyes and her mouth was set in a stern frown. he took a second to admire her, her light eyebrows were pulled down low, causing wrinkles to form on her forehead and her eyes feel like they were staring through his whole being. she huffed and tried to walk past him but he stopped her.

"what's your name?" he asked her, smiling down at her while running his long fingers through his blonde hair. she glared up at him, "is this how you pick up girls? by knocking them on their asses and then turning on the flirty eyes?" she questioned, continuing to try and pass him.

he responded, still not letting her pass, "only the girls who intrigue me," he bit down on his full lips, bending slightly at the knees to be eye level with her, as he was at least a foot taller than her.

"lilian," she huffs, adjusting her shirt and pants from the fall, finally taking a chance to look up at him. he was tall, at least 6'2 and he had blonde hair that was messy, as if he didn't do it before leaving his house, his cheeks were chubby and his teeth were straight, his eyes were the prettiest blue she had ever seen. but that didn't matter to her. she didn't have time for boys. she tried to walk past him again, and this time she succeeded. pushing past his shoulder she continued walking to her next class. she sped walk, as she was also late for a final she had because she overslept after a night of binge drinking and crying.
