A/N: Warning to new readers of this story! This was originally published in 2011 so there are many many errors! I have not begun editting them, mainly because my attention has been devoted to other works, however I do recommend that you proceed with caution. I know there are many aspects of this story that require much more understanding and research to accurately depict, and I apologize if poor knowlege of the subject have altered the realities of such a traumatic theme. With that said, this story is not meant to promote, or take lightly the severity of eating disorders. I truly apologize if I may have offended anyone with the way I've gone about the story, and if that be the case, feel free to stop reading at any time. That is all.

------------------------

I came downstairs after having a goodnight sleep to the breakfast table.

"Good morning Kelsi." my mom said to me.

"Morning." I said pouring myself some Frosted Flakes.

"Is your sister up yet?" she asked referring to Sheridon. Sheridon's not my blood sister. My family adopted her last year because her old parents abused her. She's a little distant towards us sometimes, but most of the time she's perfectly fine.

"Mom, when is Sheridon ever up before seven?" I asked laughing.

"True." my mom said with a smile.

Sheridon could be such a bum sometimes.

"Well she needs to set her alarm clock because if she misses the bus, she's not getting a ride to school from me." my mom said.

I laughed.

"That's more of the reason for her to sleep in late. She'd miss school" I said knowing Sheridon like the back of my hand.

My mom rolled her eyes.

"I can't win." she said.

I smiled and ate the rest of my cereal.

After that, I went upstairs to get ready for school.

When I came down, that time Sheridon was just eating breakfast.

"Morning sis." I said smiling.

"It's too early." she replied looking dead.

I just laughed and grabbed my bag.

"Come on Sherri. You're gonna miss the bus." I said.

"You say that like it's a bad thing." she responded.

I sighed and just turned away shaking my head.

The bus finally arrived and Sheridon somehow managed to make it.

I took a seat next to my best friend since third grade. His name's Zach.

"Morning Kelsi." he said with a smile.

"Good morning." I said back.

"So, Sheridon didn't miss the bus today?" he asked.

I shook my head.

"Surprisingly no." I said looking in her direction.

She took up an entire bus seat sprawled across it sleeping.

Zach laughed.

"That's a shame." he said.

"Isn't it." I replied laughing.

We got to school in about fifteen minutes, and Zach and I walked off the bus together to our lockers.

As I was telling him about my weekend the glass front doors to the school opened and in walked a girl I'd never seen before.

"Who's that?" Zach asked.

I shrugged.

Our principal, Mrs.Vladmire stepped out of her office to greet her.

"Must be a new student." I said.

Zach nodded.

After getting our books, we parted to go to our own homerooms.

"Hey, can I please get Sheridon's number!" Will Camden bombarded me at the door as usual. He's had a MAJOR crush on her since she came here last year, and he's always begging me for her number.

"No Will. If you want the number, get it from her." I replied.

"But she won't give me it!" he said.

"Well then I'm sorry." I said pulling out my notebook, ready for class.

I finally got to third period Geography, my one of four classes I actually had with Zach.

"Hey." I said taking my seat next to him.

"Hey Kels. Did you get the notes from yesterday. I forgot my notebook." he said.

"Here." I said handing him the notes.

We began to talk until the bell rang, signalling the beginning of class.

"Okay, good morning class. Today we have a new student, if you didn't already know and her name is Christine Wyatt. She isn't in this class, but I'm telling you just in case you have her in your other classes. So, make her feel welcomed."our teacher Miss Daphne said.

"Okay." most of us replied.

"Christine was in my second class. She's pretty cool." Zach whispered to me.

"Oh that's nice." I said back.

"Yeah, she told me she's from LA. Can you believe it?! She's actually met some famous people." he said.

I smiled.

"Awesome." I said.

"I also invited her to sit with us at lunch. That okay with you?" he asked.

I nodded my head.

"That's fine." I answered.

After that, we were quiet for the rest of the class, because we didn't want to get caught talking again.

-----------------------------------

That's the end of part 1. I know it's not interesting so far, but it will get better I promise. The next chapter's more interesting, so don't give up on me yet ;) lol.
