Chapter 4
Rachel's pov
Its been 2 days since i have woke up. Nobody has came to see me except for my dads. I guess nobody missed me. But i don't care, i guess i will surprise everyone at school.
I leave the hospital today, but the nurse has to talk to my dads. They have to tell them why i haven't spoken since i woke up. I can already answer that question, but i cant seem to speak.
nurse: i just want you guys to know that you have to give Rachel time to talk. She has been through a lot and seems a lot shyer than she was before. She is scared that people will make fun of her again. But trust me, she will speak when she is ready. The same goes for singing. Also she may have tiny panic attacks, she just woke up 2 days ago and you told us she is going back to school in 2 more days. Yes?
Leroy: yes
Heriam: thats correct.
Nurse: Rachel is okay to go home and school. But the main thing here is that you have to give her time to speak.
We start walking out
Dads: thank you. Bye
Nurse: bye. Bye Rachel
I turn around and wave to the nurse with a smile on my face. I turn back around and walk out with my dads.
