[After spending yet another school year away, the Mystery Twins have returned to The Falls for another summer of freedom and fun. Up until now, Dipper has stayed away from the big mysteries they left buried after Weirdmaggedon but growing older and in turn nostalgic of the mystery hunts from years ago, his curiosity has gotten the better of him and Dipper finds himself itching for adventure.]

Dipper:

~He enters into the woods concealing the Shack and comes to the statue of his past enemy, the dream demon, Bill Cipher. His war with the demon is long since passed but the now teen can't help but wonder if he's really gone. Dipper's thoughts pull hard enough for him to lift a journal from his pack, the one dubbed as second in the series and which, years before, the Gleeful boy had used to summon Bill Cipher in the first place. Dipper pauses but only to steel his resolve, telling himself that this is what he wants. With that, he recited the necessary incantation and waits for the fruit of his actions.~

~They're conversing in the woods, a teen with a small triangle floating about him. The trees behind the Mystery Shack keep them secluded from the rest of the town and Dipper finds that the very Bill Cipher he fought just years before now appears to be mostly over his maniacal tendencies. He gave a shot at ruling that dimension, didn't work out. Though the demon is no less irritable in conversation. The teen mentions to his tentative companion about an event happening that weekend. A Gravity Falls convention in honor of the third year of being normal, that is, a celebration of the years in which they've all learned to live with their mysteries.~

Bill:

Ahahahahahaha, a celebration for the supernatural? Sounds like a party!

Of course I'll come to the convention!

Can't get rid of me that easy!

Dipper:

Whatever you say, you crazy dream demon...

Come or don't come, not like I care...

Bill:

Aw, but I've missed you, Pinetree.

Did you missed me!?

Admit it, you missed me.

And I guess if I come then I'll get to show off my new vessel!

Just like when I was wearing you! That was so fun, having a body!

Man, those arms of yours sure are durable!
