Dante's Angel

Uh, No Thanks

So, What ? It's just a mark. It's not like its permanent on my skin forever, showing who I would be with forever. Oh, wait it is. 

" Why Dante?" I asked ever so calmly 

" Because," He started very carefully " There will be unmated males, and I would not be able to control my wolf."  I guess what Dante had said made sense but that was a big step and I wasn't ready for it, That's for sure. 

" And what if I don't want to?" I asked 

" You don't want to?" Dante said gritting his teeth and clenching his fist. It looked like he was fighting with his wolf for control. 

" Well, it's not that I don't want to. I'm just not sure that I'm ready that's all." I said hopefully that would calm his wolf down. 

" Well, we can talk about this later. "  If Dante thought that I was going on date after all this, he was very wrong.  Plus we still had to take care of the rude brunette in his office, and the child.

" Dante, dear we still have to take care of the child and the rude brunette." 

" Right," Dante muttered. We walked out of our room and headed towards Dantes office. Unfortunately, when we arrived the brunette was still sitting in Dantes chair. 

" Hello, Tanya," Dante said with some disgust." Why are you here." 

" You know why I'm here Dante."She batting her eyelashes. Ew, gross. 

" Why is that?" I spoke up getting annoyed with her and all her antics.

" Because Bitch, Dante shouldn't be with you. You aren't even a wolf. He should be with Gabi." Great she was a Gabi follower. Man, I hated this girl. Why couldn't she just accept that fact that Dante was mine, and only mine? 

" TANYA, DO NOT ADRESS YOUR LUNA LIKE THAT. NOW I DONT CARE WHAT GABI WANTS. OH AND BY THE WAY, TANYA, ITS ALPHA DANTE TO YOU, UNDERSTAND?" Dante roared. I don't think I've ever seen him that mad besides when Gabi was here. His Alpha voice was always a scary thought. 

" Yes Alpha Dante," Tanya said as he bowed her head. 

" Now what do you have to say to your Luna?" Dante asked looked at her and then me.

" Sorry Luna." She mumbled out. Well, I'm glad that was over. What was with this pack and Gabi. It was like they were in love with her.  However, we still had to deal with Ellie who was currently running around.

" You May Go, Tanya," Dante said with disgust. 

" Dante, dear we still have Ellie outside in the living room, running around like a madman." 

" Oh right," Dante said sheepishly. It was like he was uncomfortable with children. Which was odd considering that he was an Alpha. 

" Dante, who is her mother?"

" Uh, well you see that's the thing, Tanya is her mother," Dante said very quietly. Shock, that's what I was thinking right now. How in the world could someone like Tanya  have a child? Better yet how could Ellie still be alive with a mother like Tanya? Honestly, I don't know that being with Tanya is right for Ellie. I would have to talk to Dante about that later.  Although is it really my place to say something like that?

" Shall we go on with the Date, love?" Dante asked nervously. 

" Dante, I don't really want to. All I want to do right now is cuddle. If that's all right with you Dante?"

" Of Course, love, whatever makes you happy."  With that being said we walked into the living room where Ellie was but now is gone. We both settled onto the couch and picked out a movie to watch. Shortly after that I feel my eyes getting heavy and I must have fallen asleep.

I awoke with a start being of someone loudly entering our house. Dante must have heard it too because he woke up and had a death grip on me. 

" Dante," I said with some struggle." Your kinda suffocating me. "

" Oh, sorry love," Dante said looking embarrassed. He was so cute sometimes. Whoa did I really just say that, must be the mate bond or something. I looked over at the clock and it read 3:15 Am. Who in the world was coming into our house at three in the morning? 

" Dante, what was that?" 

" I don't know Love . Stay right here I'm going to go check It out." Dante said. 

" Okay, hurry back. I want to go to sleep." I said as a I was yawning. 

" I'll be back soon," Dante said as he kissed the top of my forehead. Dante got up off the couch and headed towards the sound. I layed back down on the couch after he left and began flipping through the T.V. channels. I finally settled on one that was about Rome. Since we were leaving in a few days. Just thinking about it made me so excited. I have never been to that part of Europe. I did go to Germany when I was younger. They were showing a church called St. Peters Basilica. It looked so beautiful. I was drawn to it. I had to make sure to tell Dante that we had to go there. After that they were showing the Sistine chapel. I had to make sure that we went there as well. About half way through the show Dante came running in. 

" We're going to Rome now," Dante said in a hurry. 

" Why ," I asked. 

" Because Azrael has found me."
