I'm Here (doctor and clara)

The doctor and clara stepped out on to what clara was told would be the greatest sceptical of her life. As she looked up to see this amazing thing, she became dreadful disappointed with what she gathered from her surroundings the where stood in a dark, wet alleyway.

Clara's pov
I looked up at the doctor and glanced down to me with an apologetic smile.
"Where are we?" I asked him
"Well we are where i wanted to be just in the wrong street, we are so near you can hear it taking place" he turned and whispered "follow me miss".
We were walking through an endless maze of alleyways whilst the doctor spoke about how this was a very important part of the plants history but i heard none of it i was deep in thought about why he had chosen me out of all the humans in the world some that are great and will one day save hundreds of people, i have been have these thought more frequently recently, but i never asked doctor because it was like when you have a fight and about 20 minuets later you think of the best comeback, i can just walk into that like
"Hows your day"
"Wonderful"
"Great"
"Why me I'm not important"
I have asked him before but i want a real answer from him so i will approach it slowly.
I suddenly turn to see the doctor has asked me a question and is anticipating an answers, he is staring down at me with his grey deep eyes and again my mind begins to wonder but about him this time.
He finally says "what do you think"
I didn't have a clue on what he was talking about so i just said "i agree" his face the changed from a relaxed face to a beaming smile he was finding this funny."you didn't listen to a word i just said" then i returned an apologetic look but he was still laughing at me.
