He stood at the door that led into the kitchen and outside looking into the living room of which she was in. His eyes roamed around the room until he noticed her sitting on the sofa on the wall against the door. Varvara knew he was there, she could sense him as soon as he got in the house and as she looked at the laptop screen infront of her she suddenly smiled which turned into a huge grin on her face and she made a quick flinch with her eyebrows as if to say 'I know you're there.'
Loki continued to stand at the door for the next 20 seconds until she had turned the laptop off and put it on the coffee table just infront of her. He placed his hands on the door knob and opened it to enter the room. He smoothly swung his body around the door to close it behind him meanwhile Varvara remained in the same position but now grinning at thin air and with her eyebrow raised. Loki was now wearing normal Midgardian clothing instead of his Asgardian wear. His trousers were a light grey colour to match his shirt. His tie, belt and coat all matched being a darker shade of grey but his scarf that he wore over his coat was all the shades of grey next to each other in blocks. He walked over to the centre of the room and looked down at her. Varvara was wearing her night clothes which was simply just a very flowing red dress. She gazed up at him, straight into his eyes and he stared back, her mouth closed now and made its movements back to its closed state because now she knew it was serious.
"You should leave now" she told him
"..and why would I want to do that?" his voice was very deep and mysterious "I've only just arrived. I've just started."
"Just started? ...Just started what?"
"The end."
The sentence began the silence between the two as now Varvara completely knew she had to stop this. She had a mini flashback to when Loki and herself were hiding in a wooden place in Asgard many years ago and were talking about the future together and how they were going to take over Midgard one day. It was that day for Loki.
"I won't allow it." she told him changing her voice at the very start to matching his at the level of seriousiness.
His greeny-blue eyes scanned around the room seeing absolutely no pictures but only the normal things such as a television, radio, laptop, table, sofas, curtains, a fire place, bookshelf filled with statues instead and a lamp and then watched Varvara as she stood up out of her seat and stood infront of him.
"There's only two people in this world" he paused, swollowing, looking at the floor and turning to his side to look away from her for a bit "friends and foes and it seems you've made your decision."
Excitment ran through both of their bodies as they crookely smiled slightly at exactly the same time.
"It's taken you that long to figure it out?"
His head shot up from looking at floor to looking straight forward. He swung his whole body around and leaped towards Varvara. His teeth grinding together out of pure anger and frustration and his eyes were wide open. His hands were out infront of his body also and within a few seconds his hands where around Varvara's neck pinning her to the back of the sofa. She stared back into his evil green eyes, deeply, not even a little bit scared but instead she had a slight clever and proud smile on her face, she knew full well that would tick him off.
"Oh yes" she said "for all these many years" her sarcastic tone along with giggles got Loki much more angry.
He hands gripped tighter wipping the smile of her face and he let go with one hand. Holding onto her neck with only his left hand he gripped tight and raised her body off the sofa and threw her across the other side of the room as he remained in the same position, she hit the other wall front on but felt nothing. Quickly she got up off the floor and ran upstairs to her bedroom closing all the doors behind her but as soon as he heard the first door close he ran after her and up the stairs to join her in her bedroom where she had all her belongers. The anger he felt was still inside of him just now not as much as he considered this a game. Loki stood at one end of the room and Varvara at the other. She was backing off every now and again because she had already seen this side of him and didn't like it, infact it really scared her now. He noticed she was scared though and the feeling of being in control and power over took the anger. A smile formed on his face giving her the hint he knows she's scared and he likes it that way. She did nothing but continue to stand where she was. She didnt know what to do. The jet black haired male walked over to her until their was less than an inch in between their bodies again and he took a deep breath in.
