"Second day, maybe I could have a second start" I said to Emily has we walked into school, I was wearing a black crop top with the word sassy in white on it with a pair of blue shorts and a red plaid top tied around my waist.

"Just try to get through the day without dumping your beverage on someone" Said Emily

"I'll try my hardest" I said laughing

"Okay what class do we have first" I asked Emily

"Gym" she said and I frowned, gym first period is the worst

"Let's go, you don't want to be late" she said winking and I sighed

We quickly made our way to the girls locker room before getting changed, the uniform was a pair of shorts and t shirt with the school logo

Once we entered the gym we took a seat and waited for the class to start

Everything was fine until my eye landed on someone
I quickly ducked behind Emily and tried to hide

"What are you doing" asked Emily as I used her as my shield

"Xavier there" I whispered still hiding

He had walked into the gym with two guys, one guy had brown hair and looked more chill while the other guy had blonde hair and looked more sweet, either way they both looked really strong

"And those two goons are here to kill me" I said, that's probably why they are with him

"Those are Xavier's friends, Jake is the one with brown hair and Cole who has blond hair" she said
And I took a closer look at them Jake was kinda cute but Cole was hot

"Those are the three, all girls practically wish they could be with one but they only do flings" said Emily just when they looked my way

Xavier shot me a glare before whispering to Cole and Jake and they both looked my way making me want to disappear.

Cole and Jake gave me a smile before they went to the other side of the room just as the gym teacher came in

"Get used to them being around we practically have all our classes together" she said and I grunted in response

"Today we're playing volleyball, I need two team captains" said the gym teacher and a few kids raised they're hands

"Okay....uh Xavier and...... New girl" he said and I looked around hoping someone else was new here

"Eve" he said looking around and I stood up disappointed

"Okay pick your teams" he said and we took turns back and forth before everyone was picked

Thank heavens I had Emily on my team she helped me choose good people to be on my team

"Okay let's get this game started" yelled the teacher before blowing his whistle

We all got into position and I just stood there awkwardly not knowing what to do

"Stay here" said Emily placing me in the middle

"Okay" I nodded getting ready to play

"Don't worry I know your
Good at volleyball so relax" she said and I gave her a smile before we got into position

The game went smoothly and we actually were winning, everything was perfect until I was put into the server position

"You know I suck at serving" I hissed to Emily
