I hurried to the bus station, knowing that the buses were about to leave. Stupid alarm, didn't even go off!

To my luck, I got into one bus with one seat left going to Megamall. I turned on my data and sent a dm to Darren.

February 13, 2016. Saturday, 11:23 am.

amethystkxlxx: hey Darren! I'm only on my way to Megamall now. Might arrive there after lunch. So sorry if I'll be a bit late! Take care. Ily. x

After I hit send, I placed my earphones on, and in a few minutes I dozed off.

"Megamall! Everyone who's destination is Megamall please exit the bus!" I could hear someone yelling.

Oh wait, Megamall? MEGAMALL?!

One second before the bus started to move, I ran off the bus and entered Megamall. What time is it?

I opened my phone, 12:56 pm. One new notification from Instagram: darrenespanto1 sent you

darrenespanto1: Hi Amethyst! I'm already here. I'll be waiting for you in front of iMax theater. See you!

received 12:31 pm.

Shoot! I'm 30 minutes late! Being in a hurry, I ran to the iMax theater. I even ran on the escalators. Once I saw the iMax theater sign, I ran even faster.

But then.. I felt my face on the floor.

I tripped.

I could hear people laughing and others taking photos. This is so embarrassing! I cant even stand up, I think I hit my head. Hooray for badluck.

"Miss, are you okay?" A tall guy reached out his hand for me. He was wearing a black hoodie, shades, and a medical mask. Does he have an illness or something?

I reached for his hand and stood up. "I'm fine, thank you." I replied.

"Okay, see you around." He said and I think smiled. I couldn't really tell.

He left and sat on a bench near iMax theater, he was still in sight. I pulled out my phone and dm'ed Darren.

amethystkxlxx: Hey Darren! I'm here already in front of iMax theater.

sent 1:02 pm.

Then the guy on the bench's phone suddenly rang. I didn't mind it. Mine rang not so long after his. He looked at me strangely.

darrenespanto1: I'm wearing a black hoodie with shades and a medical mask. Sitting on a bench.

received 1:03 pm.

I gasped. Oh my gosh.

If the guy on the bench's phone rings again I'm sure that's Darren.

amethyskxlxx: found you...

sent 1:04 pm.

And I could hear a notification from the guys phone.

He looked at me again and I looked back. I slowly walked towards him.

"D?" I silently said.

"Amethyst Kylie." He said and removed his medical mask and shades. "It's you." He shot me a killer smile.
