A month later:
August's POV:
So, Daisha and I are still together. We have our moments, but what's a relationship without arguing? Today is one of those days. It's one of the worst we've had though. I made a huge mistake and cheated about a week ago. She forgave me, but the girl keeps texting me. I'm trying to tell her that I didn't text her back, but she won't believe me.
August: Daisha she's texting me. I'm not texting her.
Daisha: Cut the bullshit August. You said you were done with her.
August: And I am done with her. I don't respond to her.
Daisha: August I don't believe that. You cheated on me and I forgave you. Now I see text messages coming from this hoe.
August: And I didn't respond to them.
Daisha: It doesn't matter, you still didn't tell her to stop. You kept the messages.
August: Fine, if you don't believe me then that's on you. *walks out and slams the door*
1 minute later:
*BOOM*
Daisha's POV:
I ran to the door and saw August's car slide and almost flip. It hit on his side. I couldn't control my emotions. I just broke down and cried. I grabbed my phone and called Kaisha. My neighbor Tiffany came over and hugged me.
Kaisha: Hello.
Daisha: *crying* Kaisha.
Kaisha: What's wrong?
Daisha: August.
Kaisha: Daisha calm down what happen.
Daisha: Car accident. His car almost flipped. It hit him on his side.
Kaisha: Oh god. I'll meet you at the hospital.
Daisha: Okay. *hangs up* its my fault.
Tiffany: No its not. Its gonna be okay.
Daisha: It is my fault. I made him mad. We were arguing, he was leaving and this happened. He could die because of me.
Tiffany: Calm down Daisha its not your fault. Let's go to the hospital to see him.
Daisha: Okay.
*They rush to the hospital.*
I went to the desk and asked for his room. The lady told me he was in room 206. I walked down the hallway and spotted his room. I stopped in front of the door and slowly walked in. He was lying there hooked up to machines. His mom was there holding his left hand. She looked at me and smiled.
Daisha: How is he?
Sheila: He has a broken arm. Ribs are bruised a little. But he's gonna be okay.
Daisha: This is all my fault.
Sheila: Daisha its not your fault.
Daisha: It is. We were arguing, he left the house, and then got hit. He was mad because I didn't believe him. He was telling me that the girl he cheated with kept texting him, but he didn't respond. I was still mad about the fact that he cheated, that my anger took control of me. I over reacted. Now he's in here fighting for his life. *tears roll down her face*
Sheila: *goes to her and hugs her*
Daisha: *cries on her shoulder*
Sheila: Its gonna be okay. I know you may think its your fault, but all women get upset when something like that happens. Aug is a hot head. He just got upset that you didn't believe him. If it was me I wouldn't believe him either. That's just what women do. He's gonna be just fine. Its not your fault. He loves you Daisha. He wants to be with you. I know he made a mistake, but he's trying to make it right by being honest with you. Just give him a chance. I know Aug, once he says its never gonna happen, that's what he means. I know you love him too. Because if you didn't, you wouldn't be this worried. You wouldn't be here right now. Stay in here with him. I'll give you a minute with him.
